I cane n for a scheduled appointment carrying my electric scooter as I have for every other appointment and security started being disrespectful and yelling at me the moment I walked in and told me I had to leave. Could have been respectful and I'd have kept my business here. Should have paid attention to the other reviews and I'd have known the type of business I'm dealing with. The woman who helped me open my account was wonderful, since everyone was anything but.

Both ATM machines are boarded up and unavailable at the moment.
Overall my experience with PNC has been great compared to other banks.
From timely check deposits to large cash withdrawals* until the new lower limits* were implemented. Plus its easy internal transfers to multiple accounts for savings.
Ive had my account with PNC for over 10 years and I opened my account at this location. As far as customer service rather phone or in person I also felt afterwards my issue was handled correctly and resolved to my satisfaction.
I know most users only post negative comments reviews and feedback but I have been overall completely happy banking with PNC

By far the rudest most unprofessional group of individuals I ever encountered. I came in to start a bank account and found it rude that Shante jones thought it was appropriate to answer her phone in the middle of helping me to discuss lunch. She also stopped midway through to give her mechanic her car keys so he could fix her car in the parking lot. I also wanted to deposit my 401k check and approached a teller with a horrible attitude that gave me a hard time. I’m an operations manager that run a crew of 20 daily. One thing we always preach is great customer service. I feel whoever the management is at this branch should really retrain their staff. The only person there with a positive attitude was the security.

As a whole I wouldn't bank with PNC anymore my mother worked for them and they handled her case horribly and the process wasn't handled correctly I'm trying to get my funds and they trying to deny me until a manager comes in so my whole day ruined even when I called the department the payment came from the bank branch STILL DIDN'T ALLOW ME MY FUNDS until the manager comes. Dont bank with them too many games.

The manager is always very helpful. Other than that, the employees are rude and not knowledgeable about anything. They act like they don't have time for you. They also so down at the counter which is just purely unprofessional when you have a customer in front of you. Stand up for 3 minutes and do your job.

Horrible Customer Service. Tellers are not knowledgeable on bank products at all. I have multiple business accounts with PNC and never met tellers so confused on how to print a certified check. They are also the only branch that states they do not sell counter checks.

I went to this location to withdraw money. The atm only gave me half of what I ask for. I know it a holiday but I can't get in contact with anyone. I have my receipt and will like someone to contact me.

Can't give them 5 starts. I've been coming here a lot and keep having problems with clerks there. They keep making mistakes when counting my checks and it take them a minute to agree that it's them who is making the mistake, not me. I guess you can't expect a lot from clerks, but they should be able to count at least. This is a bank not a gas station or fast food place ...
