Do not bank with this company. Branch representatives, incuding managers, are not able to handle serious nconcerns, and you will be referred to the national hotline. I attempted to close my account here and was told by the manager it would not be a problem. I then found out later that it had not been done, multiple transactions had bounced as overdrafts, and the subsequent accrued fees would need to be paid off before I was able to complete the process. The branch was unapologetic, and it has now cost me over $100 to simply close my account.Banks like Citizens and Chase both offer in person service in the branch as well as waivers for unintentional fees when it is appropriate.

After the renovation the branch looks really nice. Staff is always nice and doing their best to help. May be a little slow.

If I could, I would give this bank a rating of zero stars. Entering this bank, you feel completely disrespected. The personal seems to consist of just two people. One talking to a client, the other serving a line of about 10. They give you no attention. If you have any business other than that handled at the end of that long line, you don't know who to talk to. I don't know how you could possibly have a bank any worse than this.

I went here specifically because I had recieved an escrow refund check drawn on this bank from one of the largest real estate companies in Cleveland. They charged me $10 to cash their own check. "Would you like to open an account and deposit the check instead?" Not if you're gong to nickel and dime both me and the people I write checks to!! She never even counted the money back to me and then rolled her eyes when I asked for an envelope for the cash. Won't return ever.

Conveniently located on Shaker Square, this location has an adequately sized lobby and banking area. Parking and entrances are located in both the front and rear of the building. Though there is no drive up window or ATM, a walk-up option is available. The staff are friendly, and the service is usually pretty quick.

The clerks are VERY stupid and unprofessional. They kept me standing and waiting without status updates for more than 15 minutes. You may want to avoid business with them. Here is my experience, if you have time to read it. I was trying to deposit 5 money orders totaling around 5K with the first Clerk. When I told him they are USPS money orders, and asked him how long it gonna be holding for, the clerk said he did not know, he needed to check with another clerk, he asked me to write down my billing address on the checks. I got so confused, I have bank account with PNC , and the money is deposited to my account, don't you guys have my address? Anyway, I wrote the address down, 5 times! Then he went to check with another clerk to find out the holding time, apparently, she has no idea either. They were just looking at the money orders for 5 minutes, not knowing what to do, then, they finally wanna use the UV lamb to check the money orders, which I have never seen anyone used before to verify checks. After around 10minutes, I said if you guys can not verify them, you can return them to me, they replied NOTHING, continued to talk. After another 2 minutes, the male clerk came back, not telling me anything, making phone calls, but nobody answered, when he finished, he told me it needs 3-5 business days. I told him To return my money orders and I left. It wasted me more than 20 minutes with nothing done. I drove to the branch at university circle. The banker helped me deposit the money orders, the holding will be holding for 1 day. And he told me I do NOT have to write my billing address, just the recipient's name matches the account holder's name and the endorsement.
