I've been in the same small unit since 2018 and you guys keep raising the rent.. how? its unfair it went from 150 to almost 300 bucks. smh.. how ever I recently spoke wit the district manager he reached out to me and was able to help me wit my differences.. I appreciate that call alot what a difference...

Unfortunately, my family and I had to clean out my grandmother’s storage unit. While this was a very hard task, there was an employee there that made it seamless. Dedreeya was really helpful in providing carts, showing up the location of the storage unit (the place is huge) and answering many questions while being patient. Great job and I hope the company does well by her.

Everyone was nice but the company raises your storage after the first few months by 60 a month which is ridiculous to me after I talk to him a few times for a few of the months they gave a discount and kept it the same price but now they said there's nothing else they can do they raise the $60 in one month I can see raising the rent but $60 that's a lot more it's not a house you're renting so storage you when I get a chance I might move out of there for a cheaper place with the same size they told me I could downsize but don't you think if I wanted the smaller size I need the smaller size I would have got it in the first place

EDIT: Since posting this review management has done their best to accommodate me and my storage. I have moved units and location and am much happier in the new unit. They really did do their best to make this situation better for me and my belongings. I've been in the new unit a couple weeks and have had no issues. END EDIT.... This is a horrible place to keep my belongings. I got a climate controlled indoor unit and it's hotter inside the warehouse than outside. It stinks like dead animals inside and the operating hours are horrible. There are occasionally dead rodents laying around. People and employees leave cars running inside the warehouse. I've tried complaining to management about these issues and they've done nothing to fix them. They are in a great location but besides that it's not anywhere I'll go again once I get my stuff out.
