I was impressed with the professionalism and organization of the staff (1/29). They did a phenomenal job! The line was very long but we were served hot and fresh food in a timely manner. Great job

Why does the "owner" of this place keep advertising it is open 24 hours when clearly it can't be. It is located inside Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse; when it is closed, no one can access this place which is located on the third floor! Stop your false advertisement.

Hard Dried out wings! This is the 2nd time I’ve tried them with similar results very disappointing! I ate the ones that were not so hard and tried to get the hardest ones replaced but the girl at the window was rude and I accommodating

Placed a takeout order that had a 20 minute wait time and ended up waiting 2 hours. The food was good but took too long.

Not happy with this place. We had a party of 10 and was told we'd have a 30 minute wait. After 20-25 minutes, we were told there were no wings or french fries available. You didn't know that up front?

a great place to eat - we popped in to this place for a late lunch, it was awesome, great food and a great place. worth a visit and to get food too.

Nice clean facility with friendly and patient staff. All of our food came exactly as ordered even with some picky eaters. There was plenty to keep the little ones busy with all of the decorations and sports on TV, and lots of room at the table. Great place!

We had a party of 5 and was dining here before the CAVS game. The food was great . The service great. I thought the food was fairly priced but when we got our bill I noticed we were charged $25 for 5 small drinks!!!!! I recommend next time you make all of you patrons aware of this before ordering. It was a shock. Other than that it was a good experience.

Great service! The wing sauce selection is dumbed down but overall a great spot to grab some wings before the Cavs game.

Fred was great. The food was great. Security was polite and speedy. Only issue...not related to them was the dipshit that wanted to ditch everyone in line....he failed.....
