Quest refinished the wheels from my show car. They came out amazing. Great team to work with. They bent over backwards to make sure my 50 year old wheels looked amazing!! They also dismounted and mounted my tires..... everything is perfect!

Had wheels that needed new tires but needed reverse mounted. Took them there because of the reviews and location. That was my mistake. They charged an arm and a leg to the tires mounted since they were a little stretched. One wheel was bent and it need this fixed this. Bill came to $470. Got the wheels back and on each and every wheel there was a scratch on the lug nut area and also a bunch of dings in the face of one of them. The owner called and asked me to bring the wheels back up to look at them. He refused to take responsibility for the accident. And then tried to just offer a discount to fix there mistake. I have been running my business for years now I have never had a customer walk away with either their money back in your hand or being happy at the end. Very unprofessional and I will definitely not be returning.

Excellent experience with Quest Rims. The drop off process was simple and easy. The communication while the rims were being reconditioned was excellent and the pick up also easy. The reconditioned wheels are like brand new. Would use again for sure.

Although the repair work was faster than I thought. I was pleased with the work. The only issue that I encountered/noticed when my son (an auto service tech) was that the chrome wheel cover was cracked. That was disappointing, my son did recommend your service due to past experiences from his prior employer (NTB), but this was a disappointment for him as well as my self. Please be more cautious about complete wheel covers in the future, they all don’t just pop off from the center hub, they sometimes cover the whole wheel. Just to clarify my statement above. The workmanship was outstanding, everyone needs to understand that things will happen when doing these types of work. I do not fault the shop (well because things happen) for the issue. I was suggesting that the customer get a heads up on thing so that he/she understands what may/will happen during repair. And to Tommy, your reach out was surprising but very welcomed, that k you for listening to me. Because your response was quick, open and receptive not mention understanding on my point of view, I look forward to recommending and hopefully continue to do business your your family in the future.

Quest Rim on Brookpark Rd, Cleveland, Ohio is the place to go to fix any issue on your car rims. My car suffered rim damage at a local car wash and Quest Rim did a fantastic job restoring the damage. You cannot tell that the rim was damaged before. These are 20 inches rim with black finish. And I only got the basic package with sanding and retouching and remounting of the original tire and wheel in the car. I highly recommend Quest Trim!!!
