My online store that I have been using through Rage On was suddenly shut down, and I immediately reached out to them to find out why. I was told that RageOn and ******* are going through a contract issue and until they resolve their issue, all online stores are temporarily shut down, all monies that have been earned through sales are frozen and cannot be cashed out, they have stopped responding to emails, all orders have stopped, customers who were waiting for their merchandise cannot get their item or a refund, no one is offering any updates or status of the dispute, etc. It’s been a BIG mess and I want what’s owed to me. It’s been a horrible experience and I feel stuck, with no real apology.

I've ordered a couple times from this company in the last 6 mos. and had no problem to date. The items (zip up hoodie & a sweatshirt) were as shown design wise and sizing was fine. They have a LOT of designs I've seen no where else. Shipping was slow, but this issue is everywhere since the pandemic has been in full swing. As others have mentioned, this is also a notification on the site. i did check on shipping of one item & response was quick and courteous. Rep. located where my package was and I received a few days later.

I think they are a great company who puts out what we the consumer wants. I was greeted by a customer service representative while I was waiting trying to figure out if I really wanted the items that I had in my cart. The rep contacted me to see if I was alright and greeted me. After a brief conversation and her excellent customer service I felt comfortable making my purchase. This company doesn't treat you like just another customer. They treat you like they are one one with you going thru the store lol I plan on visiting them again real real soon.

RageOn's customer service is great. I have no complaints about them. I only had an issue with one of my items missing from the first package. They, in turn, sent the replacement item right away. In fact, the replacement item came SO much faster than my originally placed order. However, we are aware of the slow shipping times for our original order, since RageOn had this on their site, due to COVID and the holiday overload. The only disappointment was the quality of the hoodies. They are pretty thin. We expected a little more lining/warmth to them. The look of them is superb. These hoodies are good for spring/fall.

Dealing with this company is a nightmare. Of six items ordered, only one was delivered even though their confirming shipment email list all items as being in the shipment. They offered to try again or give me a gift card. I chose the oreder agin option.......NO better service. I will never deal with this company again.

I'm not sure what everyone is on about here. Seems like most of the complaints are about time-to-ship, but the RageOn website is clear about which items are 'Ready to Ship' and which are 'Print to Order' AND take a while. I have ordered dozens of masks in three different orders, but all of the masks I've ordered were either custom from my own design or from other artists. They didn't come in quickly, but I didn't expect them to! RageOn even has a warning on their site about the pandemic slowing down their production time. As for the masks I've received, I LOVE the material. The masks are more comfortable than any other I've tried. Having two soft, flexible strings that go around behind the head instead of looping around the ears is SO MUCH NICER! This design makes it easier to just pull the mask down when not in use, and it feels so much better than a mask pulling on the ears. I had previously ordered a full print t-shirt, and I will admit that the sizing runs smallish. I am personally happy with the business I've done with RageOn, and I will definitely keep ordering from them.

Don't waste your time and money on this company. I bought a Math tee shirt for a gift. The design was cut off at the bottom. I emailed them to request a refund. No response. I sent the shirt back. It was returned to me "Attempted not known, Unable to Forward, Return to Sender".

My order took for ever and then when I got it was bad . I ordered a face mask the Mexican Flag it was put on wrong and the white in the flag all grey looking. I try to call but of course can't get threw, will never order from here again very very BAD!!!!!!!!

So disappointed in the ordering experience and customer service I have received from this company. My item has supposedly "shipped" 2 months after I ordered it, and this is after I requested they cancel and refund my money three times. I had to file a complaint with Paypal to even get a response back from them. They asked me if I wanted to cancel, and then when I replied same day and confirmed I wanted to cancel, they said the item had already shipped. Absolute b******** They offered a gift card to make up the inconvenience, but I'm never ordering from this company again.

Rage on is a total rip off. I ordered five t-shirts and not only have it took over 30 days for me to receive my package, I’ve only received three out of the five and only one of those looks like what was advertised the other two are definitely poor quality and they are both bigger than the sizes that I ordered. I want be doing any more business with this vulture company and I definitely will not refer this company to any body. I’m disappointed al the way round and I want my money back.!!!!!!!!!

COMPLETE SHAM 3 months later and shirt is supposedly still being printed (BS I pre-ordered something else a month after this and have that already), refund options that don't cover the money I spent and terrible customer service. You don't need the item that bad.
