Very rude and unprofessional. They are not very helpful. I went there with my 17 year old and instead of explaining why they didn’t want to help. They were mean and very nasty to her!

They are vary bad service I bought a iPhone xmax July 3 and same day the speaker was out thy over charged me I payed 890 for an used iPhone and couple days later my bottom speaker went out then days later the face reconnection had went out and I think my battery is bad because my phone gets very hot while charging. ?

It’s the best phone store in Cleveland they where very helpful and they helped me a lot with my phone they give me a big discount on iPhone 11 the people there were amazing and fast service they sell hookahs vape’s laptops and game systems

Switched my service to metro pcs at this location! Customer service was great!! The two gentlemen running both sides of the store worked together to help me and the rest of the customers effectively! Will definitely continue to come here for all my cellular needs

This place is very bad they are criminals they are very good a stealing your money. I went there and got a used iPhone and the battery is messed up and they put in another messed up battery that was also broken too! I haven't even had this phone less then a month. I would not recommend anyone going to this store at all!!!

They mess your phone up! Held my phone for a week and deleted all my pictures ect. And phone still not working properly! Over priced and need to be shut down
