I had a bad experience at Roses. The security had a nasty attitude. The store manager overcharged ($5.79) me for the Botanicals relaxer when the shelf label read $4.99. She didn't care. They don't know how to treat their customers, so I no longer shop there. They are discourteous and unprofessional. No response from the main office either.

Thank you for being there in the community. Very reasonable prices and a need. Everyone will find something to complain about but you make it work for the people. I am grateful?

They have a lot of affordable items, but the customer service is extremely slow at the cash register! The employee was on the phone with her earpiece in while, ringing up a line full of customers. I stood in the line longer than it took me to shop, for my items. It’s ridiculous I honestly will not be coming back to this location because this happens every time I shop here in the hood.. and their shopping carts are extremely small!!! so you are forced to get smaller/less items than what you came for SMH……
