I don’t want to make this too long but save yourself the trouble. They gave me an old, rusty car with 170K miles on it and the check engine light on. I also had problems with the windshield wipers and the car being loud. I hated the car, but I was going to deal with it because I hate confrontation. Finally mom and boyfriend convinced me how wrong it was and I decided to take it back. When I contacted the company, they were already giving me issues stating I should have said something sooner. Mind you, I really tried to deal with it at first because I needed a car fast. The owner and my boyfriend got into a yelling match due to the attitude we were given. He was very upset that I didn’t want the car. VERY unprofessional and honestly for what they are charging, you might as well go to a commercial rental company and get a nice, clean, safe car.

Helen is great . The old guy the owner is great too. You will leave in something to get you back on the roads. Car models are older but they run & the air conditioning works . I will be returning :). Thank you Rusty Car Rental.

Very poor customer service!! Never received a call back after sending my personal information over. I called and the older man working there got frustrated and said I was on the list and he would call back in a few hours. It’s been 3 weeks.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, They are extreme unprofessional, I called about a rental and the man was very sarcastic, they never have rentals, TRASHY PEOPLE, TRASHY COMPANY.

This place is THE WORST. They purposely took all day to process my info so they didn't have to work. Called at like 10am and then more throughout the day and they never got back to me. They close after 5 so I was just waiting around all day for them. Very unprofessional. Would recommend to stay away unless u enjoy waiting around all day for nothing. Would give 0 stars if possible
