Scheduled for a sectional couch pick up. I took the day off work to schedule because you don’t give a window of time, only give a date. Received a call you are on the way, but didn’t show for another few hours. Then wouldn’t take my couch because the truck was already too full! I scheduled for a sectional couch pick up people, That means it’s big!!! Now I’m out of a days work

This review is in regards to their Harbor Lights Complex : If I could rate this place a -100000000000 I would. They have made my family and I suffer due to not communicating, changing things last minute, and not doing their job correctly. My family member has done everything he has been instructed to do for the past 6 months and now is being more restricted than he ever was. This place needs some help before they try to help other people....
