Decent items just the prices are a little high

Kept finding sizes that were in the wrong place on the racks and things are just too expensive here. Everything needs a 25% price decrease.
I get that the vintage crowd will pay anything and that gives these companies the ability to increase prices, but it sucks that regular people who shop here to save money are getting priced out.
Items feel like they’re priced based solely on brand rather than quality. In that sense, you might find a good deal on older clothing that is 100% cotton or wool if the employee prices it too low, and if you manage to get here before the teens with wealthy parents or eBay resellers.
Between all that’s mentioned above you’re better off just paying a few extra dollars to get something new. Why come here and pay for something second hand that costs almost the same as the new item?

This was honestly one of the worst store experiences I have ever had. I came in to spend my money and support the store, and instead I was treated like a thief. The staff – particularly the guy with the curly hair and the girl working with him – were extremely rude, unprofessional, and made me feel watched and judged the entire time for absolutely no reason.
They should be focusing on the people who are actually causing problems, not treating paying customers like criminals. I have never felt so disrespected in a store before. The checkout interaction was uncomfortable, rude, and completely unacceptable.
On top of that, the store isn’t even inexpensive, except maybe on certain discount days. I truly do not understand the hype. The store was just okay at best, and the prices did not match the attitude I received.
I will never shop here again, and I will be calling management to report this behavior. No one spending their money in a store should be treated like that. I’ll also be letting others know about my experience. Terrible customer service, terrible atmosphere, not worth the trip.

I found out the hard way that bags are not free there anymore unless you bring in your own. I haven’t been there in a while, so I wasn’t aware of that policy. Self checkout lanes were closed, cashier was rude, and the stuff is just overpriced now. Probably won’t be coming back, and it’s sad because I used to shop here all the time

They've really taken the fun out of thrifting now that they cherry pick all the food stuff and hide it behind lock and key. Whoever the associate is helping just gets to point at all the good stuff and get it while we stand there like idiots. They even lock up the pokemon cards and sports cards. Lol like they didn't get all this stuff for free. It's ridiculous. Rip off city. The used stuff is double the price of it new

Ridiculously priced. Boutique resaler prices with a musty thrift store experience, no dressing rooms and limited return policy.
Oh and good luck with sale items. There was a sale on summer dresses, picked what even the cashier acknowledged looked like a summer dress, but because the price tag hadn't categorized it as a summer dress it wasn't discounted 🤦♀️

I guess if you're looking for something thats on a discount shelf, it might be worth it. Other than that, you can get brand new clothes around the same price at tj max or other stores like that. I feel it's over priced and not the best looking stuff.

This savers is very disgusting. The floors are dirty and employees love smoking in front of the store makes it look horrific outside and makes it smell really bad workers do not care If people smoke marijuana pens and vapes inside of their store and it makes it Smell very bad in the store. Prices are insane. Workers follow you around the store there’s Is a girl with I think, red hair and black glasses she was following me around the store She was making a very obvious that she was just following me trying to act like she was restocking it, but she was not she was very, not discreet about her following me around managers here suck. You literally have to walk through the exit door to enter for no reason I don’t know why they had to block off the entrance to the store and make you go through the opposite door to enter the establishment and I know those doors are not broken because one time I seen it open when it had that signed to Enter the other way overall the experience here is Very bad employees follow you insane prices store smells bad :)
