SewNeau is a fantastic and highly recommended alterations business run by a very nice, amazing, and welcoming person. The seamstress is professional, super knowledgeable, and accommodating, with decades of full-time experience. She does wonderful and first-class work on both men's and women's clothes, including military uniforms, and exceeds expectations. Described as Cleveland's "no stress" seamstress, she is very easy to communicate with, flexible with schedules, and reasonably priced. The service is conveniently located, and customers appreciate her friendly conversation, feeling like they are catching up with a friend.

Ruth is so great :) always accommodating and ready with a joke. Worth the extra time to stay and talk when dropping off and picking up. Of course she does great work as well
