First off the manager and cashier were both RUDE I had waited to order some food and then waited to pay and they claimed they couldn't break 100 bill which to me is absolutely RIDICULOUS it's not like I was spending $2 they were just lazy disrespectful and rude that they're stuck working at a gas station on Christmas!!!!! This is not the first time I've had issues with disrespectful rude people at this location take a drive down the street to another location save yourself the headache

This Sheetz has gone extremely downhill. They don't keep up with the coffee and sugar in the morning, the machines are always empty. When there's plenty of cappuccino, coffee, sugar and creamer, all in the cabinets and drawers. The main priorities in the morning are coffee, food and gas. You guys focus on that. Always waiting extremely long times for food when there's nobody in the building. I've addressed multiple things with them. Over the last 2 to 3 months and they don't care. Also this place is becoming very dirty. I know there's potential for this place to get back in order. That's why I gave it two star.
P.S. Also before you even respond back management or owner, I'm not calling a number. Just address the issues that you know are going on.

I went to this Sheetz establishment Around 2 PM. It was not very busy at all. There was one order in front of me, a food order. I only purchased this drink. I am Completely appalled that I was handed this drink. I am a frequent sheet Customer and this is just unacceptable. Not only is it in the wrong cup, but you can see where he had to make up the room that was left in the cup. Then at that point you the man who made
It had to of used the entire container of peanut butter. The drink was foul, and there was more peanut butter not only
around the inside of the cup but also gobs of peanut butter inside the drink. I walked out and took a drink and threw it in the trash. 😡🤬

Lowest price for gas. The staff is always helpful and friendly when I have been there. Inside and out is kept fairly clean.

Meh every time I order through the app I wait a while before heading over to make sure if they are behind or anything like that it will be ready what’s the point in ordering through the app if I wait 20-30 mins in store and try to get the attention of the workers because it’s been saying it was ready they look at me and turn the other way kinda rude

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I just had at this location. I was treated with an alarming level of disrespect by a female cashier with brown hair, who seemed to lack basic customer service skills. When I declined to show my ID because someone else was purchasing alcohol (a situation where the law does not require me to show identification), she became incredibly rude and condescending.
Her attitude was completely uncalled for, and she made what should have been a quick and simple transaction into an uncomfortable and frustrating ordeal. I expect better from this establishment, and I hope that management takes steps to address this kind of behavior. No customer should have to endure such treatment.

Cashier was incredibly rude, refuse to sell me alcohol even tho I'm 21 but because I had my kid with me. Why would u try to ID my kid, why in the world would I give alcohol to my kid said she's nothing she could do, I went right down the road to shell where I was happily helped and didn't have my kid get ID because of an alcohol purchase

Food is always made wrong and or missing half the items..very much lack consistency and quality in service! By far the worst sheetz location.the order I just got was very disappointing to see smashed in the middle like a fist was pressed into it..saddest breakfast burrito I've ever seen. went right into the trash..

Are sheetz named sheetz because it rhymes with s%it ?
Because every time I go to one ,it is horrible ? and feels like s%it .
I understand that early morning ? is going to be slow ? but standing ♂️ waiting for the sloppy cooks/gas station workers, and then I leave because they obviously need to make French fries ? instead of course people who are smarter than to eat gas station food.
How many times does a sheetz cook pull up their saggy pants ?
Since you will certainly be waiting for some assistance, you can count for yourself.
The area is as dirty as any other sheetz.
Is it part of their business strategy ??
Have horrible service and the dirtiest gas station ⛽️ ever seen. You feel like throwing your shoes away after going to a sheetz.

I've ordered doordash from this location 5 times 4 out of those 5 times I've had an issue with my order missing items either forgotten or out of stock. They don't notify you of this, they don't contact you to see if you'd like a replacement item instead, they don't give any support or acknowledgement towards their own negligence. Would you like to know what they do? They do nothing. Have a great day.

Delicious made to order sandwiches. And just trying there coffee for the first time. And after the first sip I instantly fell in love. Definitely recommend anyone to sheetz

My husband ordered a sandwich and a milkshake waited 20 mins for the sandwich (which was cold and supposed to be warm). Brought it to their attention that we were still waiting for a milkshake and they waited another 10 mins to make it wrong, short of the cup by an inch, and have huge ice chunks in it. The only redeeming quality was that when we brought it to the cashiers attention they seemed genuinely sorry. The cashier was also running the fry station in the back. I get being short staffed but there were 4 people running the back. There was plenty of door dash and online orders going out. This Sheetz lost a customer.

Omg me and my husband went to the bathrooms and both are discussing you can smell the urine since they took out a good employee Jose arroyo from the job is not longer the same and the other employees are not good at all shame on y’all for losing a good employee
