Maybe if your staff weren't on their phones when ringing people out, you could understand what a customers needs are so you don't have to tell them multiple times what you needed. It is extremely rude.

Stopped in to put some gas in my tank, the man in front of me told them my pump number instead of his own. Instead of the cashier fixing it he tells me I have to put $50 on the man’s pump because he put $50 on mine. He than went on to say that I didn’t have to use the full amount, he raised his voice and fluster me so I didn’t realize until I left that the money I didn’t use on my pump would just return to the other man’s credit card.

SCAMMERS!! Horrible experience twice now! I was shorted $10 on a cash transaction and they told me to come back when they closed to check as if wasn’t already standing there confronting them right after it happened.. not to mention I didn’t receive an apology they just threw the $10 on the counter... COUNT YOUR CHANGE BECAUSE THERES NO TELLING WHO ELSE THEY ARE SHORTING ..literally a lady walked in and herd me complaining and agreed that she was shorted a few times as well and said “you have to watch you money with them”. I will be escalating to corporate I will NEVER spend another dime at this location again regardless if they care or not
