I really want to give this a 0 star but I can’t. I was walking my dog (who is a service dog) and I explained to them that she’s a service dog. I was thirsty and just wanted to buy a drink. I asked if I can come in just to buy a drink cuz I’m thirsty and I explained she’s a service dog and doesn’t bark or bother anyone. She’s also on a leash. I was told I couldn’t come in. I wasn’t offered anything but to leave. I was so disappointed because it was so hot outside and I needed a drink. I actually use to buy gas from this station and I will never spend a dime here again. I’ve never been denied service due to my dog. I even will offer cash for someone to get me a drink inside but they just wanted me to leave.

Not open 24 hours as reported by Google / Google maps. I told staff about this error a long time ago. Obviously they don't care.

I asked said i was paying for items and gas as two separate transactions. I was quite clear on how i was splitting the transactions but the attendant wouldn’t listen. Absolutely ridiculous.

I've had three bad experiences with the same attendant. Its borderline hostile. I get you don't like your job but get off your phone, stop chewing with your mouth open, and have some common respect for the people that come in.

One thing I consistently love about this verses other chain gas stations: it’s always clean. The employees are friendly too. I live a block away and I stop in frequently.

I rarely use this gas station because of prior unprofessionalism among these ladies. However since they rebuilt this horrible location it does look nice. So I decided to give it a second chance. I purchased 25.00 worth of gas and buy an additional 25.00 worth of items in the store. You mean to tell me these chicks can't give me change from 100.00?? Lol. I just left the items on the counter and walked away! I just remembered why I use the synoco on ceder rd vs this joke of a shell! I'm good. 😠you give them anything over 20.00 and they act like they are going to have to shut down!

I've been coming here regularly for years. But, I just tried to use their air pump -- which they just raised from $1 to $1.50, and it was broke. I went inside to ask for my money back, and the girl refused saying that they don't own it. I said if you're going to take my money with it on your property than you're responsible for it. She said she'd have to pay for it out of her pocket.

More often than not..during the evening...at several locations ..bathrooms "out of order"..Often very dirty when open.
