He walks customers through what they need for various projects like concrete scraping and painting, getting paint out of car seats, and doing ceiling work. He gives fantastic products and tips to use. His service has been described as literally saving the day, making things right, and demonstrating a strong commitment to customer care. The overall experience shows a store dedicated to providing excellent and knowledgeable service.
Everyone at this store is extremely helpful and friendly! The store manager Ken is very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect items to paint my ceiling and trim a very saturated red color (SW 6307 - Fine Wine).
