Not committed to the customer experience. Customer is not always right. Argumentative; they gave my cousin the wrong color paint and since it would risk some form of there inventory or job (which is understandable & why they’re getting 2 ⭐️) instead of focusing on what could be offered the concentration was on policies when he NEVER ordered that color. Get to the resolution because there were better options than paying a new price after spending $500. They were rushing that’s why the color was wrong they needs to be accountable.

Best paint their logo tells it all and that is ALL❗And stores are clean organized. The staff is customer friendly and helpful ... Gr8 store to shop for all painting needs. PRICEY famous name brands brushes ❗I got a S.W. brush and it's durable for any job you got to tackle BIG R SMALL they make gr8 paint brushes TOO????

This Sherwin Williams, is AWESOME!!!! I go after work in the morning......I beat the boss to work ??? The entire workforce is friendly, pleasant, and helpful! They make great suggestions with color matching, and what's needed to complete the job!!! EXCELLENT ADVICE!!!
