Stopped at this location to upgrade a stolen tablet, only to be told that they would not handle it and I would have to go to Steelyard location because they are a Corporate store. Emilio said they would have the tablet we talked about and assured me everything would be communicated with Steelyard Store for me. Once I got to the store in steelyard I found out that he had not reached out to the store at all. Leading to the tablet I wanted not being available to me same day. This is very frustrating because I was assured he had talked to them prior to me making the drive down there. Makes it feel like this store does not genuinely care about their customer's needs. Why have a location here if I’m going to be sent to another store to do the same process?

Wish they had told me that they wont accept creditcards without slapping a 5.00 extra charge on your bill.

I called the store to make sure they had a sim card for my iPad Air. I spoke with Emilio and he said they have it and I could come in today. I was greeted by Emilio and Darius and they were so friendly. Emilio was able to get my sim card installed, my plan updated, and my iPad updated in less than 20 minutes. Great service and experience! Thank you both for your time.

Thank you to Mr. Tray, and Mr. Khari for their excellence in customer service. The time, extent, and dedication to providing superb service is second to none. I visited the store two days this past week and was helped extensively by both of these young men. Thank you both again.

What a waste of time. Your staff need to be more knowledgeable of the services you provide and represent. After going into the store to get internet, I asked about the ACP before I did anything. Emilio kept saying "T-Mobile accepts the Affordable Connectivity Program, but you have to call customer service" After the transaction was done and I went home, I talked to 3 T-Mobile reps, and they all confirmed that the company does not accept ACP. I then called T-Mobile and got Emilio, he was adamant that they do and he said "It's on the website." I told him, "I promise you they don't, I just called 3x." He then responded, "Then cancel the internet." Truly a waste of time and knowledge. Maybe he wasn't fully trained, but this is what we get from the Plandemic! Hurry, hire, fille bodies, sell-sell-sell, and know nothing about what you're selling. You wasted my day today!

Kai was FANTASTIC! I came in to have my replacement phone activated and she was an absolute joy to interact with! I work in the retail industry as well and know how tough times can be. She got my new phone up and running in minutes while we chatted and had me back on the net in no time! 10/10 hooman, give this girl a promotion!

Emilio helped me with a new phone purchase yesterday, and he was awesome! I've never had someone care more about making sure everything was set up correctly. He spent a lot of time with me and was super nice. He contacted me today just to let me know the promotion I got went through, and there were no issues, and to see if I had any questions. That was very much appreciated. Thanks, Emilio. I'll definitely come see you again soon when we get a new phone for my sister. Don't go anywhere! Lol

Excellent Service! Kai was my associate and she was 10/10 the best ! She walked me through the process of trading in my phone for the new one and she saved me a TON of money she honestly deserves a raise! I will be going back.

Came in store to switch to a different plan and was told it can only be done by calling the customer service number, and would not require a new SIM card. T-Mobile customer support told me I need to buy a new SIM, and can activate in store. Thank you for wasting my time.
