St. Augustine Health Ministries is a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing a continuum of health care, housing and community services primarily to the chronically ill and aging of our community. We began as a skilled nursing home in 1969, wanting to make sure that as many people as possible could experience really wonderful health care in a gracious and affordable manner. As St. Augustine once said, “what does love look like? it’s the hands that help others.”
The staff is always friendly and helpful without any hesitation when you ask for help.

My cousin Jenny was given quality care there and we got to know the staff who became like family. Some even came to her funeral mass.

My brother was admitted to ST AUGUSTINE after a very short stay in another nursing home. HE IS HAPPY AND WELL TAKEN CARE OF BY STAFF! I visit frequently and he is very content living at St. Augustine Health Campus!
