My Son was admitted to the emergency psych ward for a 3 day court order evaluation yesterday. Within a hour of being dropped off by the police they let him go. The Dr asked him two questions are you suicidal or homicidal. He said no and was released. The Nurse and the Dr. were rude and hung up on me. My Son is missing now. I drove 3 hours from Detroit to look for him and filed a missing persons report. My Son is having a mental health crisis they found him walking on the side

The Pharmacist is rude, callous and is the worst that I've ever encountered. He's doesn't care about the patients prescription needs and refuses to call the doctor when asked. It is also my understanding from doctors there that he doesn't pickup the phone to discuss medications in emergency situations. Apparently this guy is unfamiliar with the laws and duties of a Pharmacist in the state of Ohio. I believe that he needs a reminder from the legal system.

The staff was absolutely incredible: professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Every doctor, nurse, and general staff communicated very well which really helped to allay any anxiety I had. I knew very little about this hospital before this experience but I have been beyond pleased. I would absolutely recommend this hospital to anyone!

I recently had surgery at St. Vincent Charity Hospital. My surgeon, Dr. Leslie Pristas is an absolutely amazing surgeon. She went above and beyond, getting my emergent surgery done with extra precautions during the pandemic. I am a week post surgery and feeling great. Thank you, Dr. Pristas, and the entire St. Vincent staff for my amazing experience and care I received.

Had a great experience at SVCMC. Whoever greeted us on the 3rd floor was a tad salty but from there everybody was great. I received great, compassionate care from everyone I encountered. Great experience in pre-op, sailed through surgery and had well-experienced nurses caring for me on the 6th floor. I would recommend surgery at SVCMC to anyone.

the hospital overall is quite amazing. i pray fir them a lot. the staff is amazing but they have afew bad apples...i was in nursing for almost twenty years and went to school for medical assisting and read a slew of nursing books nurses gave me when i was contemplating becoming a nurse...and its no way i should have been checked for colon cancer by the littleangry ugly short black nurse. but i know the stress of the field and God is amazing and i pray for all the staff. in yhe name of Jesus. but over all outstanding
