It was my first experience in making a business card online. I was afraid of the results, but they were really wonderful and better than I expected, and the price was very reasonable, and the wonderful treatment of the employees was appreciated. Thank you very much staples

Horrible service!! The employee on the copy area very unhelpful, I ask 10min before they close to make copies on color for me and he said that because they close and 10min he cannot make 7 copies for me that I need to come back tomorrow. The doors were close at 7:49pm went your the hours for a Monday is until 8pm. No one wants to help me because I came to the store 10 minutes before they close.

The most racist place I have ever known in my life, they don't pay attention to you, you ask for help and they deny it, they practically don't work, they spend their time talking about personal things among themselves, laughing, you still ask them for help and they don't give it, they say no. They work in the area of sending faxes, they should hire people who are helpful and love their job, which is treating the customer with respect and love

Just left Staples. Came over to get something for my laptop and forgot to bring all the specs. Ask to speak to someone so I knew exactly what I needed to bring next time and was told by the cashier that I didn't have enough information. She would not call anyone and was talking to someone else in her headpiece between talking to me. It was very rude. Companies that hire people in customer service that act like this are no longer getting my business.

Absolutely terrible service, but responsive to your requests at fixing the issues.I used their printing service to divide a book up into sections for school. I will admit, I arrived later in the day (about 2 hours before closing) and I didn't expect my re-binding job to be done the same day. I was told it would be done but next day tomorrow and I would receive a phone call.The following day I did not receive a phone call so I called the store to check my order's status. No one picked up the phone, so I drove to the store. My order had not been touched and it was 24 hours later. The employee made a big deal about how I shouldn't have shown up if I didn't receive a phone call, and they would have it done the following day... once again.At this point they had my book for 48 hours and I still didn't receive a phone call. I called the store again, luckily someone did pick up and confirmed my order was ready. I drove to the store to pick up my order only to have the pages scrambled in the new binding job! I went through page by page of my order verifying they were incorrect with the associate, who immediately fixed the issue.I'm sorry, but if you have had an item for over 48 hours, I expect at least the job done correctly. Disappointed.
