I asked for a light ice in my drink and I have been told that I will be charged an extra for a light ice, because she needs to use more drink! So dumb!

This by far is my favorite Starbucks. I have one inside my job but I always go to this one in the steelyard before heading to work because they have the best baristas and even at 6am they always greet me with smiles, great energy and amazing customer service. Faith, Christian, Ethan & Jae are literally my favorite baristas in the morning or after a long overnight on call shift because they get my drink just right EVERYTIME and the awesome energy they put out just get me going. I will forever RAVE about them.

I loved the drink and cake pops but the brownie Taste like absolute nothing…I bought one for me one for my sister and it really didn’t taste like any thing and felt kinda weird in the mouth and hand like maybe it was sitting out for a little while. But other than that I love everything else.

Went there 6pm. We were at the microphone say hello? hello? No-one answered so I drove up to the window there was this lady inside there on her phone, we were still here saying hello this lady was totally ignoring us. Are they closed? Is the drive-thru not working?Idk it says they closed at 8pm on google so those employees need to get fired or something. You know what's crazy that's not even the first time in happened to us at that same location. The Manger need to do something about that.

Friendliest staff ever! Love them. My drinks are perfect every time. After going through the drive through across the street and having my drink remade, it still wasn't right. Went in here to ask if i could buy just a little syrup in a cup to fix my coffee from across the street and they remade both for me. This location is better than any corporate store I've ever been to. Highly recommend.

Walked into this target and Starbucks today for the first time and I didn’t see the paper sign which was instructing guests where the line was. I than heard the employees in an annoyed tone say, “there are literally signs everywhere”, I looked up and saw the sign. I apologized and said I didn’t see it. The female employee than proceeded to laugh at me. As a business owner I would be mortified if these two worked for me. Went to the Starbucks across the street and had a pleasant experience.

Took 20 minutes for them to make my drink while they served car after car in the drive thru. There were 5 workers and only two were working while the rest chatted. It was rude to serve the entire drive thru making drinks that were ordered way after mine. Won’t be coming back to this location

This is a typical Target Starbucks - nothing is stocked or prepared in advance, so everything takes forever to make. I highly recommend you go to the actual Starbucks across the street. It will get you better product faster.

I wanted to love this place because it’s very close to my home . The problem is the staff is not good at all. I just asked for a hot water refill for example and the girl was busy but said she would get back too me. I understand that but I stood for 10 minutes looking stupid and no one else would say can I help you even though they were all walking by me and no one was in line. This was inside. The drive though service though is good. I been to Starbucks in over 30 countries and I know what good customer service is. I go almost daily overseas. The one incident was not the only one of bad service.
