Terribly rude man working in the morning. Devontie, He absolutely hates his job and has no business around people. Don't even make my drink full, wasted $7 as it tasted gross as well and not like a real Starbucks. Do yourself a favor as a company and remove this man from customer service Cashier was nice

I hate that airports don't have more local cafes, but I get it, the rent is outrageous and that cuts into a small businesses profit.I'll never be a Starbucks fan, but sometimes it's your only option for a latte. The service always comes with attitude and the coffee always tastes bitter, even with almond milk and sugar-free sweetener.Listen, this is an airport Starbucks so you can't expect too much from them let alone the main stores.The ambiance is cool because it's inside an airport and to be honest I could literally live inside an airport and just eat, drink, shop and walk around. That's why they get one star instead of zero because the atmosphere in terminal C is cool af!

Worst starbucks I've ever been too! Supposed to open at 5 am, still waiting and it's 5:17 am!!! Not to mention the long line. Just their demeanor and attitude towards the customers gives me a bad taste in my mouth. NEVER AGAIN!! Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!

How is Cleveland the one city without an actual open Starbucks in their airport! It's absolutely crazy. There's a physical location but I'm my weekly travels have never seen it open. Go to the lousy Dunkin as at least they are open!

Worst Starbucks. Asked to take of bacon from gouda sandwich. Straight face they said no.. Never had this experience at other Starbucks.

Worst Starbucks ever. Employees are not trained how to use the ordering system, and they mess up everything. After wait in line for 15 minutes, and then waiting for a drink for another 20, they messed up ur drink as well as the person in front of us.

If I could give a big 0 I would. Stopped by at 4pm , Mr. Barista said they are closed for 20min , so we went down to order some food and after 15min we came back and asked what time approx he is thinking about serving again. He said I told you another 20-25min which was already what he told us 15mi. Ago. After 5min he started serving other people and when I got to line MR.MANAGER JEROME Mattley showed up and Informed me ,we won't be served because we were rude to his \"BARISTA\" , wow what a cry baby, thanks alot BIDEN for such a cry babies in this. Beautiful economy. Mr.BARISTA SHOULD GROW UP and keep obligations to his job and serve people. Anyway , it's a joke, whole airport is a joke ?

Our server Val was great! She was very attentive and personable. The food was good, warm, and correct. My first time at this location. Very satisfied.

Everyone loves Starbucks... It's kind of like wearing that right fashion or something.. If you like strong coffee, they got it.. If you like a lighter blend, they got it . They have some good cool drinks with crazy tastes but you will pay for this experience to say you tried it.. When I am in Phoenix, they are everywhere and there is always a line . Judge your time accordingly.. My girl loves the place for their tea.. If you haven't tried it, you have been living in the moon and I welcome you back to Earth!!! Enjoy Americans..

Today 9/16 a 20 minute line, I'm not complaining, just waiting for my flight. The young lady at the counter was stoic with a lifeless face, but she took orders and multitasked well. The young man (shawn) making the coffees was friendly and worked so clean and well, he had some steamed milk spill and he promptly cleaned the entire mess up and moved on without a misstep he seems to me to be a dream employee. Thanks for being so professional.

The staff were rude, unprofessional, yelling, out of all supplies, threw drinks around, didn’t put the hot food in the correct bags. I honestly felt like I was being punked. The cashier had no idea what he was doing \\u0026 yelled loudly for help in an unprofessional way every-time he messed up.

Worse service ever! I had to wait for ever and got a most horrible tasting decaffeinated double expresso maquiado. The crew was training new staff. First the cashier didn't know what I was ordering. Next, he just walked away. Someone else came to the register and said the order had been placed. Finally when I was called for my drink I asked to verify that it was decaffeinated. The lady didn't think it was decaffeinated. So she re did it. However, I don't think she gave me an expresso maquiado. It tasted horrible ? it didn't even taste like coffee. It tasted like dirty water! Disgusting! I couldn't come back to complain because I had to get on the plane. Disgusting, disgusting! ? Starbucks at Cleveland Airport? Never again! Gate A

\"We can't do decaf anything\" Also, cashier was needlessly rude. She rushed us, slammed receipt, and the bag of food. No one needs to start the day here. The place was not crowded when we visited,. There was just one other person behind us in line. This place is in Concourse A. There is another Starbucks in Concourse C, which may be better?
