Just bought a new car. And the service to Steelvalley was unbelievably excellent and easy. I wish I could say that same thing about Ganley Honda in North Olmsted, which was an absolute nightmare. The sales person was horrible. The service manager was misleading. And the finance lady was baffled on everything and couldn’t get the forms correct.

I have obtained two auto loans thru this credit union. The loan rate was better than anywhere else. In addition, Rachelle Crimi was very professional. She explained the loan process very well and always answered all my emails promptly. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Always a nice visit when I attend. Staff is knowledgeable and very accommodating. Rachele Crimi was extremely accommodating. She worked relentlessly to make sure my paperwork was put together before she left for the day. Always returned my calls in a timely manner. She had answers for all my questions.

Mgr. Was unprofessional treated me like I was doing her a favor. Attitude was unprofessional and unbelievably bad. Branch staff one lady with glasses in particular was rude to everyone. She’s the younger female who works there.Branch mgr. sits at the last booth and constantly reminds customers that she’s the mgr.

Rachel was perfect when it came to my auto loan. We went through the whole process via email and she took me through it step by step. Was so relieved when we finally met in person to sign the final agreement.

Applied for an Auto loan and had a quick responce in getting approved. the process was quick and easy and had everything wrapped up in a couple days, their rates were some of the best out there as well.

10/10 experience, everything went so fast and smooth, my interest rate was good, and I got approved for the amount I wanted. Rachele was so nice, and I was in and out of the office less than 5 minutes to sign my papers, financing through SVFCU was the best decision I ever made.

Terrible experiences all around. They are extremely unresponsive and unhelpful. From initially trying to get my auto loan and being put off for days on responses and overall rudeness. Being double charged for a monthly payment, having to call my main bank to dispute the 2nd charge, and when confronted, told “no I did not” with no other explanation even tho my statement clearly shows two charges. To the general major pain it is just making a monthly payment and trying to get anything done here.If I could have my loan redone thru the dealer I’d of GLADLY paid more money per month to not have to deal with this bank. 10/10 do not recommend, no matter how low their rates are.Edit:Someone from the bank contacted me about this review, and then wouldn’t return my calls. So that’s par for course for this bank.

No customer service ever available. Tellers eating at window, and handling money. The manager NOT PROFESIONAL. Tellers and manager on phone loud with other customers discussing account business. My debit cart expires in 08/23 and some bills rejected payment. I called for new card was told won't mail out new card till 08/15/23 and to continue to use old card. I explained the rejections and was told I don't know what to tell you and ended call. All other credit card companies provide new card month before expiration. I will be closing my account after being a member for 30 years. A lot has changed.
