The whole place is spotless and clearly well taken care of. Everything is organized and safe.
I was especially impressed by the staff. Dennis is incredibly professional and friendly, and made the whole process really smooth. He took the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I had what I needed.
Customer service like that is rare these days — it really makes a difference. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and well-managed storage unit!

We rented this storage unit for our wedding items. I was there 9/28 and noticed water sitting on the floor in front of my unit and starting to seep in with some items slightly damaged. There are also multiple other water stains along the carpet. Called and left a message that day and never heard back. I also attempted the menu option to leave a message for the manager multiple times but selecting that menu option hangs up the call.
Yesterday (two and a half weeks later) I came back to get the lock and there was considerably more water on the floor both in my unit and in the hall extending four or five units down. Even though it was 2:30pm on a Wednesday, there was no one in the office and the customer representative on the phone said the manager would be notified when the office opened the next day even though I expressed concern that other units were being damaged. I still haven’t heard back.

The place is very spacious and clean. Dennis the manager was extremely helpful, Patient, knowledgeable and all-around professional. Not too sure about the last guy but you definitely have a winner with one.

Dennis was super helpful in getting us the right storage unit for our needs. He was very knowledgeable of the premises and went above & beyond in showing us around the facility and the easiest way to access our storage unit. National Storage, you have an excellent professional, knowledgeable and courteous manager in Dennis. Give this man a raise and promotion 👍👍👍

Terrible service they raised the rent to double the price within 1-1/2 years time. You can actually never speak to a live person in the local office it's an answering service. Also they fraudulently charged my account since March for renters insurance and I already had my own personal insurance that I submitted to them when u started my account. I have called 3 times to speak with someone about getting a refund spoke with an employee twice who said he escalated the matter called 3rd time left message. Then physically went up the office cleared my unit out and asked to get help with the insurance same person who I talked to and who said they escalated the service was in office and sent another email. I still haven't heard from anyone no refund no nothing. Reporting to the better business bureau they are price gougers, steal from clients by over charging them and then avoid them. Also they spelled my name wrong on my account and I was never able to get it corrected on their lack luster online Account service/access. DO NOT RENT from here.

Judging by the cleanliness of the facility, it seems like a well run operation. Getting a hold of someone at the office has been hit-or-miss, but when available they have been friendly, courteous, helpful, and answered all of my questions. Checkout was very easy.

Very reasonable and clean. Never had a problem. The only thing is I am short and the lights don’t automatically come on when I enter and I wish that they stay on longer or the customer can control. But other than that I would definitely recommend.

Staff there are rude and inconsiderate! Especially the "manager", you get the staff deserving of the job. ? And because of the HORRIBLE treatment, I WILL REVIEW YOUR COMPANY ON EVERY AVENUE.
