Suburban Collision Services is an icon in the industry! Over the years, Craig, Patrick, and the Suburban team have brought my rides back to life. From a 1970 Buick to our new Mazda, SCS is always top of mind. There have been times when our insurance company directs us to a national franchise for repairs, but they can't match the personal service provided by this family business. Good guys.

Very easy to deal with when you work with Pat, and they did a beautiful job on my 2016 Suburban in white pearl, the rear quarter panel and hood needed repair and the paint matches perfectly you would never known anything happened.

I been dealing with Patrick for over 30 years, I even bought multiple vehicles from him and if there is any issues he will work with you, all my vehicles get work done here, detailing, paint work and all mechanical issues very happy to deal with Patrick the owner

I have had my car fixed at Suburban for years. I wouldn't take it anywhere else. The guys are helpful and they are very good at explaining the issues to me. They fix it right and if there are any issues, they always listen and make it right. I trust these guys. They even clean my car before I pick it up. They are the best.

I called after the car was dropped off to see when they would have time to check it out, and no one seemed to know what was going on. I was told to call back 3 times, and on the 3rd time calling was spoken to very rudely, by the owner I'm assuming, because I was calling too much, as if the shops employees had not told me to call back that many times ??♂️ this place is a joke.

This place is horrible. Worst service ever. Very rude. And they fixed my front bumper with a cheap material. It literally broke in half less than 2 months later.
