*DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH*. It damaged both sides of my vehicle. Both side mirrors are now scraped. There is a damaged piece of metal right beside the mirror as well which I cannot 100% confirm was caused by the car wash. But I did not see it until immediately after exiting. And the scrapes on the mirrors were absolutely the fault of the car wash. Ownership is unwilling to address the issue and insists that I must have driven my car off of the track, which is nearly impossible considering there are raised metal guards on both sides of the wheel ensuring you stay on track. You would have to turn the steering wheel and press the gas to have any chance of getting off that track, and I of course did not do that. I spoke several times with Deena, who insists that the damage is no fault of their own and stated that they will not be paying for repairs. This is the closest station to my home and I was a regular customer but I will definitely not be returning after this experience. Their unwillingness to resolve an issue that was clearly caused by their equipment (which appears to be quite old) is unacceptable. Go spend your money elsewhere.
Edit- it is also worth noting that there have been multiple instances where a cashier appears to be under the influence. Acting a bit erratic, talking to themself, rambling to me throughout the transaction about totally random and personal matters…I couldn’t really even follow what she was saying. I’ve seen this 2-3 times, usually night shift. Uncomfortable. Just one more reason to steer clear.

One of the worst designed gas stations I’ve ever seen. Two lanes of three pumps, but you are literally stuck and cannot leave if you’re the second or third car. Distance between pumps isn’t enough to accommodate multiple large vehicles in a row. And then a random pump on the side of the building that doesn’t fit a vehicle. What is this design?!

This location is a complete Godsend. I'm nearly out of gas with a few miles left on my vehicle and this gas station is within distance. It may look a bit sketchy but it came in useful. As a person from Chicago, there ain't many gas stations in the area. Customer service is fair. Store looks out dated inside.
