Went through the drive-thru one car in front of us two or three behind us. They handed us the wrong order I sat there and waited and waited for her to acknowledge us. Told her she handed us the wrong order and she rolled her eyes. We then got our order and like a stupid person I was I pulled away and half of our order was missing. So I pulled around and went inside.Let me tell you the contact buzz that I received by walking in that place at 10:30 at night was a lot. I have no problem doing it but in a place of business where food is served that was not appropriate.They forgot my two Taco Supremes and I felt like I I did something wrong. What I had to go through to just get two Taco Supremes that I ordered that they forgot.Not impressed at all. Will never go back to this Taco Bell again. I know one person doesn't make a difference.

Sat in the drive thru lane for 6 minutes without anyone speaking to me, I said “hello” and I’m greeted w a real pissed off GIMME A MINUTE. Wow. Nope. Not having anyone ALREADY that angry make my food. I give up, Taco Bell. It’s been an unending string of really poor experiences. For what you’re charging, I could go sit down in a restaurant.

It's taco bell. The food can be hit or miss but the staff is pretty good about everything. Definitely one of the better taco bells.

I don't go to taco bell much and I had lost my voice they were very rude just because I didn't know what I wanted and they couldn't hear me.

This is ridiculous. I try to place an order and they only accepting DoorDash. And online orders, they don't make no sense. You're open 3o'clock in the morning and this is Rude customers, and this is what we get. I'm a hard worker here. I'm hungry. I come here to get food hot and they're only accepting doughs ridiculous

Ordered 6 supreme. Got 6 revar tacos. Unfortunate. Didn't realize it til I got home. Was charged for 6 supreme tacos. Annoyed.

Im trying to figure out why when I got off work tonight 2/20/24 the guy at the drive theu and cook decided when I said extra chicken in my quesadilla they decided it was cool to put a whole bottle of jalapeno sauce in the quesadilla. And when I called about it refused to fix my order .. I didnt want a jalenpeni and chicken quesadilla I wanted a regular quesadilla with extra chicken. How the hell do u work fast food drive thru and dont know how to listen effectively or actually do ur job and follow the instructing u were taught by restaurant when trained to make food properly . I really want my food replaced this was some bullsbit after doing a 14 hour work day just wanted something to eat when I got home and it was ruined with being frowned in quesadilla jalapeno sauce

I was yelled at by two older ladies for asking her. Where is my order the rudest workerS ever not mention since she gave me the wrong order when I left and wait did I mention that I was not seen until after 20 minutes horrible, horrible service. I will never be going there again.. you don't wanna work and be nice to people and be patient with customers just stay at home don't work don't ruin someone's day just because yours is not going well

This Taco Bell always slaps. Even if I get the wrong thing I don’t care because it’s just as good. Keep on truckin TBAlso I Heard they book Live concerts in the parking lot and that’s super cool!
