We waited almost an hour for a party pack 2 nacho Belgrades and 2 burritos when the guy gave me my order I asked if the burritos were in the box and he yelled at me “those are tacos”. There was someone asleep in the dining room and all the employees were visiting in the back room. No way should it have taken 55 minutes for a 10 minute order. We are dissatisfied and will not return to this location.

Placed a mobile app order, the whole order was incorrect, contacted Taco Bell still haven't heard back.

I don't know how they did it but half of my burrito was hot and the other half was cold. One side had melty cheese and the other side did not.

When open (or when their credit card payment system works) the food is usually adequate, but room temperature at best. However if you want their breakfast you better get there before it ends, otherwise you will be gleefully told "we just threw out all the breakfast food."

If I could give them a negative number I would . Spent all this money on something I'm not even going to eat messed up my whole order after waiting in line for 20 mins .

The week before I purchased a $5.00 Burrito Box for both my husband and I. My husband saw the same advertisement on TV so we decided to get the same thing. The girl at the drive thru window insisted they don't have that anymore and I needed to get the $9.99 box. So I purchased 2. The food was awful and I paid double the price. Instead of the cinnamon sticks we got a few chips with cheese. The chips were stale. I called the corporate office and was told I would get a return call from the General Manager of that store. They assured me they still have the $5.00 box and apologized for the bad food and service. This was several weeks ago and I STILL haven't heard from anyone.

It is February 17 at 10 o’clock 2024 and the girl in the drive-through told me that they’re only taking DoorDash orders because there’s only two people on staff right now until 12 PM. I’ve never heard of such a thing and I’m pretty sure all you need is two people. Sounds like people are just being lazy. Not in my 33 years on this earth have I ever been given such an answer.

Got our order right.We got enough napkins.The right sauces I ask for.And the girl was nice at the window.The order was fast.

I don’t know why management doesn’t do anything about this place . It took me 30 minutes to get my food at the drive thru one day.
