It's so Easy to say goodbye! Thanks for being the example. Ending DEI and stopping the support of black owned business means I will no longer support you with my time and definitely Not my money. ✌🏾

Left me sitting at drive up pick up 25 min even though I followed all of the app instructions … the worker finally came with an aptitude that they’ve been looking for me pffff …. They don’t answer the phone either to see what’s going on ! Never again for this service and not a good location either as far as customer service

Target tried to cheat me. There was a buy-one get-one-free sale on pet supplies. I picked out two items that were around $15 and a small toy that was around $3. Any reasonable person would expect that the lesser of the two $15 items would be the free item. Not Target. At the cash register, they charged me full price for both items and claimed the $3 item was the free item. That's undeniably shady and borderline dishonest. I didn't realize until after paying that the total didn't make sense. To add insult to injury, I had to stand in a long line of people to get the receipt fixed and my money back. Last time I'll be shopping here.

The store was clean and well organized. One cashier ringing & one return during the Christmas season is nuts!

Most mismanaged Target in the Cleveland area, probably Ohio.

Have had multiple issues with drive up pickup here. My order was given to someone else and I didn’t realize until I was home (they did give me a $10 store credit, but very inconvenient) Then today I said I was on my way… when I got there the app said they couldn’t come out due to “unsafe conditions” There are dark clouds in the sky. Nothing more. Then I tried to call 2 times and no one picked up. I have a small baby, and wasn’t planning on bringing them in the store.. so I will have to go back later. If the app had told me I would have had to go in before I left, that would have been helpful.

Memorial Day, I visited the West 117th store because Target had a 40 percent off of three cases of pop sale and it was the closest store with three cases of Diet 7up. I'd had food poisoning since late Saturday night, so a store was the last place I wanted to be, let alone a store that was understaffed and as hot as hell. When I finally got to the register after waiting in a long line, the person ringing me up said she usually works at Starbucks and didn't know how to price match (Amy's gluten-free mac and cheese is $4 at Walmart and always has been; why it's nearly $6 at Target is beyond me), so I'd have to go wait in another line.
"Oh, no, no, no, no," I said, waving my hand. "Call somebody over to show you how." I explained that I was getting over food poisoning and on the verge of throwing up. There was no way I'd make it through another line.
She walked to self-checkout and grabbed somebody. Both of them were nice about it.
Then she rings up the pop. It didn't ring up for 40 percent off automatically, so she grabbed someone else to help. This someone else was maybe 5-3 or 5-4, round and unhelpful-yet-smirky.
"You have to have the app," she said.
"No, you don't," I said, rummaging through the "Account" tab on my phone. "There's a barcode on Target's website. Do you know where it is?"
"You have to have the app," she repeated with a smirk and a blink-blink as I'm hot as hell and trying not to hurl.
I gave up and paid full price because this location doesn't train its employees. Maybe that's the idea...?
"Show barcode" is at the bottom of "Deals" on Target-dot-com.

My boyfriend and I stopped by Target on 117th st to grab a few household items we were needing along with some books for my little girl.
Our cashier was Brianna and she was more than helpful. Not only did she provide a warm welcome and friendly smile but she went above and beyond and got on her personal phone to use the Target app and check prices on the books we were about to purchase. She informed us that items usually cost more in store then they do online and when that happens the customer is allowed to ask the Target employee to match the price advertised on the Target app.
Brianna ended up saving us over 20$.
My boyfriend was in utter disbelief as he wasnt aware price matching even existed. He left the store a very happy man.
Briana definitely left a lasting impression on him and brightened his day..
Brianna was very friendly, polite and informative and we couldn't have asked for a better employee to cash us out..

Love Cleveland West Target drive-up. Fast, convenient, and easy to order. I use it often and will continue to do so.

Employees were nice but the lines were ridiculous and many items were out of stock in the first aid section.

Got into it with an employee at Starbucks, and all the Men employees ran to the front to help another male employee. I politely yelled and what are all you Men going to do? Here is the problem I truly see how things escalate, when it’s a black and white situation! Nevertheless, I held my own knowing I could have created a problem that would have possible made the news. Moral of the story is pick your battles, as I did today.
