Walked in got seated in a corner on some lawn chairs, 1 person brought us waters, different person brought us our drinks, someone else took our appetizer order, another person brought it out. After that we didn’t see anyone at our table willingly. We had to walk up to the bar to get someone to take our food order after sitting there with empty drinks and our appetizer gone. Different person from the kitchen brought out our food had to ask them for a refill. Nobody ever came back to check on us. Food is poor quality and small portions.

Zero seasoning. Meat sauce tasted like textured water. They definitely don't season the pasta water. Not great.

Went to TOLI ON Dec 30, 2023 and had their Steak Oscar (steak with crab meat on top with a super tasty sauce). Let me just say that the Steak Oscar was truly the BEST I have ever tasted. I am originally from New York where there are lots of steakhouses that serve Steak Oscar, but TOLI’s beat them all!!! The steak came with mashed potato and asparagus. The atmosphere was fun and vibrant and not too noisy. The bartenders ALWAYS fun. Nick, Brian, Anna, and Bella are excellent “mixologists”.You definitely cannot go wrong stepping into TOLI and having a delicious meal, a great drink, and a really fun time!

Got the chicken Alfredo, the chicken looked like bagged chicken. Needs more sauce. The Italian dressing is literally kraft.

Looking for an after-dinner drink, I saw their bourbon menu from the window, and immediately entered. While this changes, they had EH Taylor and I cannot pass it up. The atmosphere is extremely complimentary to the area, and the live band only completed it. Keyboard and saxophone softly playing as we entered, I knew I liked this place. They were busy, so we sat in the side room, which looks like a converted outdoor patio, but enclosed. We had a wonderful time, absorbing the atmosphere and drinking some quality bourbon with some beers.Full disclosure, this is a full service restaurant, so while we didn't partake and only experienced the bar, we're going to eat here next time we're in Little Italy.

I’m in disbelief at what a horrible experience we had here. First, I’ll start by saying that it was a busy Friday night and we didn’t have super high expectations for service. We got to the restaurant around 6:30 and were seated very quickly. Our appetizer order and drinks also came out fairly quickly considering how busy the place was. The main course is where the wheels seemed to fall off for TOLI. We waited for what felt like an eternity for the main course to come out. During this time we watched several tables in the same situation leave the restaurant angrily. In hindsight, we should have done the same and cut our losses much earlier. After an hour of waiting our server had only come to our table one time to ask “how is everything?” 20 minutes after we had finished our appetizers. After an hour of waiting for the main course we called the server over and asked how much longer it would be for the food “it will be out any minute now.” We waited another 30 minutes and asked the server to check on the food as we had been waiting about an hour and a half after placing the order at this point. He returns to the table, head hung low, telling us that there’s only one cook in the kitchen and the cook said he already made our order a while ago. This also means he never actually checked on the food the first time we asked. At this point we didn’t have the patience to give them a second chance on the food so we left.Unfortunately, I think the main problem here was with our specific waiter. How do you let your table wait an hour and a half for food without checking in with the kitchen? He did seem to have a lot of time to chat with the waitresses so I don’t think it was a communication issue. The other problem here is that supposedly there was only one cook. Simultaneously, TOLI had 5-7 servers and the hostess kept seating people. It’s clear that the kitchen could not keep up with the orders, why keep seating new customers? About 4 parties including ours left TOLI without being served and that’s only counting ones seated in the back area.I’ve been here before and the food was OK. Don’t think I’ll ever come back after this experience.

Nick was absolutely phenomenal. He was busy but always came to our table when he noticed we needed another round, more food or anything. Their back patio is one of the most beautiful winter patios I've ever seen. Overall experience was a 9.4 felt like I was brought into a little Italy family

We were seated at 6:30 PM here on a Friday night, and we found out at 8:30 PM that our food was not going to come. Our server took 20-25 minutes to ask for our drink and appetizer order, and the appetizer came out quickly at 7 PM, but after this the night took a turn. After 45 minutes of not receiving our entrees, our server told us "it will be out in a minute!" After another 30 minutes we asked the server again, and he gave us the same response. Only after some arguing he went to the kitchen and discovered they said "they already made our food". The server apologized and comped our one appetizer and 2 drinks and we left. The group seated behind us also waited over an hour and a half and angrily left early.

Today, we tried Toli and were disappointed. The family rated this restaurant below "mid". The side salad was a mound of mozzarella cheese with few sprinkles of iceberg lettuce and 1 cherry tomato. The pasta dishes lacked significant flavor. Wish we could have enjoyed some great Italian food as we were visiting from out of town.

We stopped here for dinner while walking around Little Italy. We sat on the back patio which is a nice little spot. To be fair, they were really busy so service was a bit slow. My wife and I decided just to have a drink instead of ordering dinner based upon the busyness which added to longer than expected waitress service. The waitress, once she came over to our table, was apologetic and friendly. Given the current shortage of staff in today's market, we really didn't fault them. We were just ready to eat so we left and went to another spot. We will definitely be back to give it a go for dinner. So the three star could potentially be temporary as soon as I'm able to make it back to give them a dinner visit.

The pasta was pasty and a very small portion for $18, but I also received the Italian sauce instead of ranch for my salad and they forgot my bread.
