To not not take 5 minutes to update any of your business hours on Google, your website, or the actual door to your business, and then be rude to customers when arriving at 8:25 stating “it’s been 8:30 since Covid” is kinda wild.

I went here looking for a cheap pipe and the guy working was very nice and helped me find the best deal. They also had a lot of Ohio blown glass which I really appreciated. I’ll be going back here for my next piece.

The store as a whole is a nice store, but unfortunately the customer service is disgusting and should be used as an example of what NOT to do when working in a business. Attempted to ask the cashier a question and the gentleman was very off-putting and short without any clear answers.

i am a beginner artist i’ve been to this store multiple times. he is not a friendly person who makes people feel less confident and uncomfortable to speak up as a women. i have asked the guy for options and he has talked to me in a disrespectful manner as a female i don’t feel comfortable going to that store with out a guy with me. The guy that works there has made me feel uncomfortable to buy stuff. i would not recommend going to that store. unless you have character as a male we’re as the guy the that works there doesn’t respect females artists.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I went to this store to buy needles for my almost 18 year olds tattoo gun since he has been practicing on fake skin. The guy with a beard and all the tattoos refused to sell them to me stating he can’t sell them to me because i’m buying them for my son and not me. Telling me it’s illegal for me to purchase stuff for my son as far as things he needs for his tattoo gun to practice on his fake skins. Dude was rude and was talking to me like I was a kid. First of all i’m 40+ so watch your mouth! He proceeds to tell me there are no other places in cleveland that sells the tattoo supplies. Let me research what I need to open a tattoo supply store, and hire people with good customer service.UPDATE: I found another place that sells tattoo supplies in Macedonia btw
