It has been 12 days since my in -store pickup order was placed. Home Depot has $811 of my money and I have nothing to show for it. Had I know this would take so long I would have gone to Lowe’s or somewhere else. Unacceptable. Update: I called and spoke with a supervisor. Not one apology. ZERO empathy for my issues. Horrible customer service.

There was a line to get in, was a bit disconcerting, but line moved quickly and once I got in to have a key made, I was helped immediately and cashed out quickly as well... thanks

Home Depot management, quit being so tight with your huge yearly profits. Bring back cashiers. And quit misleading customers to make them believe they must use self serve only. And then load up customer service with returns and cashing out customers if the customer knows they can cash out there. You will be losing my business as I care about people keeping their jobs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience I've ever had at a home depot, the tool rental center is ran by people with an IQ of 5 and the manager couldn't resolve her way out of a paper bag.

Lied to my boss about a tool rental that was returned "incomplete" even though we had a damage waiver. "Angela" manager is worst on the planet, send her back to the fast food joint she came from.

went to customer service desk 04/09/2019 8:25pm to pay over the phone there was a short messy hair black girl at the register to the left away from two other employees who seem busy with a customer so instead of asking me what she could do to help she continued to talk away then wanna look at me and ask can i help you ??... like yes im trying to check out then she walks back to her conputer and just looked at some papers with scribbles all over it so i know she was milking th

The young man that assisted me with my purchase of vertical blinds did a great job. Even though the area set up to measure and cut them was NOT Well Lit, he measured and cut each of the five packages to the exact length. I was Very Pleased with the service.

This Home Depot has extremely hit or miss customer service. Great service at the tool rental shop and paint counter. But I've had horrible service in flooring and construction materials. For example, today, we needed 10 bags of Quickrete concrete. The bottom 2 shelves were sold out. We needed them to bring the palette from the third shelf down. It's been 25 minutes, 2 grumpy associates and still no movement.
