Go in knowing what you need! Don't break the rental tool and definitely budget for the tool insurance. Always friendly people that are willing to help and willing to adjust cost for rental late fees, I'm talking minutes, not hours!! Don't abuse it!!

They are very good at what they do. Things don't often go wrong, but when they do i have been well taken care of. I use them several times a year with zero problems.
