Office building was spotless, owner super laid back and helpful, and this may sound like a small thing…but it’s a big thing to me. It was a chilly morning when I picked the 15 ft cube van up and while I did paperwork, the owner got the truck, pulled it right up to the entrance and left it running with the heat on so it would be toasty when I departed.
