Fraudulent activity going on at this location, beware! They overcharged me for a reservation by over $50. Fees were increased in person, and a double fee was applied for my truck rental. If I were not in a rush to move I would have went with Budget. Trucks are not serviced. Low fuel on pickup (1/4 a tank), engine light on. Not clean. Would not recommend

Vehicle was terrible it's not fit for anyone to drive the guy at the counter has poor customer service I'll never go on 55th again nor would I recommend anyone

Tiny lot hard to get in and out. Dirty. Employees don't care to help or just let you stand in line for an hour. Really dark employee base and they act like it. Don't come here if you can help it.

I think there was a service light on inside the cab, but the van ran smoothly and well! Everyone I spoke with was patient and kind, even when I needed extra help lol
This has been my go to location for all moves so far, never any complaints!

The clerk that helped me when I picked up my rental did not appear to be sober. I was told I had to find another employee outside to get the hand truck/dolly I rented if I still wanted it, because they didn’t know where they were. The vehicle had less than a quarter tank of gas upon pickup which was irritating.

Walked in today to get a hitch insert and Mike DeJesus hooked us up right away. He gave great advice on the products and was very personable and friendly. He saved the day! Thanks , Mike!

Amazing experience and effort by the U-Haul staff here today, went to 3 different stores to sort out the hitch lighting/ball mount situation that I was facing. These guys know their stuff, they’re effective at what they do, and are just extremely kind. Mike the manager has a good thing going here.
