Horrible service. General manager talking on his Bluetooth the whole time and then doesn't know how to hook up a trailer. Stay away from this location.

I got the truck Monday and used a cash app debit card and the guy told me since it's a cash app card they will need an extra $100 and explained that the money would be refunded 3-4 days automatically when I dropped the truck off. 2 days go by and now I have uhaul calling me to tell me I need to drive almost an hour out of my way to the drop off location to swipe my card in order to process the refund. Knowing it's a stressful time moving for anyone don't you think the companies participating in the move should be a little more professional and not have to make you go chase your money. Then I call the guy to explain the guy and he just has a smug ass attitude. I'll never use uhaul again and don't recommend ANYONE using them unless you have deep pockets

I was called and harassed by Dyesha at this location regarding a return I had. I called to extend it for another day, which, at that point I thought it would stop her calls as I needed the trailer for an extra day. She then calls again stating if I don’t have the trailer returned they would charge me for someone else’s reservation. She was very unprofessional and kept calling me harassing at work threatening to charge my card for the following day for someone else’s reservation. I asked to speak to a supervisor because she was very unprofessional she then stated I am the supervisor. I had to call customer service to try and talk to someone else who was able to help me with just extending an additional day since that was allowed. I’m not sure what her problem was but she really shouldn’t be in the position she’s in if she can’t handle a situation calmly and professionally. I had a total of 5 calls for her in the matter of one hour. All I wanted was to extend for another day and the trailer was returned that night. Threatening to charge someone’s card inappropriately should be a red flag not to go to this location. I hope she gets the training She needs to better assist customers who pay for rentals.

Appreciated waiting 30 minutes to be told we couldn't rent a truck for a separate drop off location. This is after spending an hour dealing with corporate Uhaul after they failed us on another location. Went with Penske took half the time. Kept the movers waiting and wasted our day.

I drop my rental van back and then don’t even talk Nicely to the customer

CHECK YOUR MILEAGE! They tried to charge me for an extra 50 miles because their records were wrong. Glad I noted the mileage before I drove away. Then, upon return, the guy out in the lot was horribly rude and wanted to berate me for dropping my key in the drop box instead of walking across the lot to hand it to him. I was carry multiple pieces of luggage, yet he was complaining about having to do his job and walk a few steps. But the fact that he kept berating me when I was walking away was just atrocious.

Went there saturday 330 pm the Hooley was going on so i had to walk to uhaul i told employee i needed propane he told me i had to drive around to the side to gain entry i pulled up to propane area there is a sign saying no propane i ask the employee who just had me drive around the block for entry why did you gave me drive sround he tells me to stay right there someone would be out to help me i wait 20 min i go inside tt general manager he tells me did you see the sign u tell him i was told by his employee to wait he says sorry. If you have a job and work all week u haul is not some were to go waste time on a saturday enjoy your time off work go some where else and spend your money and enjoy your free time they could care less about you here

arrived at the location to fill propane spoke to the gentleman at counter who was more interested in his cell phone for service. He tells his manager Mark. someone wants propane. he said someone will be out in a min. so I carried my tank to the fill station waited 10 mins rang the bell for service. then had to walk back in to store to ask for service again. Just for the manager to tell me they can't fill it up due to a thunderstorm. When in fact there was no rain nor thunder at the time. Just seems like pure laziness to me.

Absolute horror. Staff is more busy with their computers that are always broken than with the customers. Everything takes a lot of time to do, queues, unprofessionalism.
