If you want to deal with real people on-site, avoid this location.
I reserved and paid for a storage unit online, received my gate code, and drove to the facility — only to find that the code didn’t work. I rang the doorbell with no answer, then called the support number. The representative said they would notify the site manager and that I’d receive a call back. No one ever called.
I went back two hours later — same issue. The gate code still didn’t work, no one answered the doorbell, and when I called again, I was told the manager would call me back. An hour later, still nothing.
When I called a third time, I was told there was nothing they could do because the office “closes at 6 p.m.” — even though it was only 5:50.
Extremely frustrating experience and poor communication. It almost feels like a scam.

I’ve been working with Bill at helm storage on Cleveland’s westside for about a year now he’s always been super friendly and addresses any and all concerns very promptly he does his best to keep the facility clean and does his job well
