Have a hard time receiving packages won't knock on door for signature packages?

I have never had issues with packages before until I moved into a new apartment building last fall. I get packages delivered from USPS and Amazon no problem. UPS though? I do not receive them. Tracking doesn't operate. When you request a service agent they state that there's nothing they can do (even though it's sitting in their building). The driver for my area is especially awful as he just leaves packages at local businesses near by and then leaves a note to go get them. And no affiliated UPS places either. I have had to drive all over town multiple times looking for packages. Half had to go through a refund process bc I never received them. I ordered new sneakers for my daughter who starts a new sport next week. I ordered them 2 weeks ago. UPS has had them this entire time and refuses to let me pick them up. Now they are returning the shoes to the store, where I will have to reorder them all over again. This UPS is a nightmare to deal with. Everyone is incompetent and rude. I would pay extra to have all my packages go through USPS.

I wish I could leave no stars!!! Tracking history states delivered - left with person. Not true!!! I was at work!!! So who was it left with or was it taken to the wrong address?!?! So my package was either stolen by the driver or the driver went to the wrong house!!!!

They left "Sorry we missed you." on the neighbors door and now I won't get my 3D Printer until 3 days later. But wait I work Monday and it needs a signature. You may ask, why I don't pick it up from UPS? No suspense here needed, they want to be charged $7.99 to pick it up for their mistake. Any chance I can get to avoid this lazy and terrible service I will. Return mine to sender so I can get mine re-ordered through FedEx or USPS. I don't mind waiting now since I am already inconvenienced.

I have a package to be delivered, according to the app it has been delivered but the street address is wrong, meanwhile, a package was delivered to the same street by the same service in the same month. How is this possible I wanted to change the address and it says I can't change the address your services are very terrible ?

I leave one star only because I can't leave no stars what kind of moron leaves a package right on the edge of the porch in the pouring rain , it could've been put on the dry part of the porch

Actually delivered my package in a bag that kept it mostly dry while it was raining. My other deliveries from Fed Ex and Amazon were so wet the rain went through the box and damaged my product. Ty UPS....

This place is terrible. I know you'll have some sort of automated response "apologizing for my experience." You people have the worst customer service I've had in a while. My roommate was home and ready to sign for a package. Missed the delivery apparently twice. I was home for the third time. Never heard any knock. I'd check my phone periodically to see if they came. I check at around 2:10, they came at 1:58. NEVER HEARD ANY KNOCK. Getting to customer service is very frustrating. The robotic voice needs to be changed or something. The way she spoke just pissed me off. Then I finally get to a real person. She pissed me off too. My package is supposed to be refrigerated, at this point it's probably gone bad. I was told that they'd be open on Saturday by the SECOND customer service woman I got on the phone with AAAAAAND they're closed. I just don't get how you can be this apethetic to your job. On all ends too. The driver, customer service. Oh, and they were supposed to call me back when I got through the first time within the hour. Ended up calling me when my phone died. I called back. Said they'd call back within the hour to see if I could pick up my package and I never got a call back. I really wish I wasn't this upset, it's very stressful but I'm really angry right now.

They lost my package found it 3 weeks later I had to pay extra to have it shipped back to me because I had to pay another shipping service that's not incompetent to deliver my package to the customer. I spent 3 hours on the phone over a few days and ups refused to give me a refund. I am a business owner that spends thousands a month on shipping and I will never ever spend another penny with this incompetent shipping service. Oh and it's almost impossible to understand the foreigners that barely speak English on the phone

I really wish I could choose to have my stuff shipped FEDEX or DHL. Im now out of luck on my Cellphone because some lazy driver didn't feel like delivering it. We were home, 2 cars in the driveway, no signature required, quick knock and before the wife could walk from the next room over the driver was in thier truck with a "sorry we missed you" written up and on my door. POS driver had no intention to deliver the package. Oh and UPS is at the end of my street "Rathbun Ave" but for some reason i have to wait till tomorrow and drive 10 mins away to pick it up, I'm so passed right now.

The drivers are absolutely terrible & lazy. If I had a dollar for everytime they didn't deliver my package bc they were too lazy I'd he rich! Its so funny when I'm sitting at home in my living room, no knock on the door, no buzzer. Then I get a notification that delivery was attempted. Literally ruined my whole day. All because they want to be a s*** person. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

Was told package would be delivered today it was jewelry called after 7pm they told me it would be by 9pm bam a email comes through and now changed till Monday this is completely unacceptable

You might have to pay money to pick up packages here when the "delivery attempt" inevitably fails over and over again even when you're at home all day. You just have to sit outside between 9AM and 7PM hoping that a UPS truck arrives so you can run after it to maybe get your package without the darn delivery attempt failing again. It's a totally reasonable system. It's also nice that the UPS website is bugged out.

Terrible service from this facility. I was given a tracking number when I originally checked the status on my package I was told it was on the truck that Thursday morning the 25th of May. I didn't receive it on the 26th or 27th. The terminal was closed on Sunday the 28th and the holiday fell on Monday the 29th. So I was told it would be at my residence on Tuesday the 30th of May. It funny I live 20 minutes from the facility and it takes 6 days to receive my package.

They "delivered" my cat's cancer medicine to a "locker" that I don't even have. I've been on the phone for HOURS, being promised call backs that never come. 3 times I was 100% PROMISED a call back from dispatch. Also from a manager. This is absolutely ridiculous. This is so unprofessional and horrible, I can't believe UPS is allowed to be in business. I didn't order socks. It's cancer medicine. And no one can be bothered to help me find it. I'm literally sick with anxiety because I need the medicine for my sick cat.
