3 of us waited several minutes before someone even came to the counter. I asked if I could pick up my item instead of it being delivered tomorrow. I was told no as it's sitting on some truck (allegedly sitting on a truck in the parking lot for 2 days). You can't call and talk with anyone on the phone. If that was a possibility, I wouldn't have had to waste my time driving to UPS and being told they can't do anything about retrieving my item. Just awful "customer support ". Sad....

Do not trust 4+ reviews! Just lost another package and closed my Claim without even contacting me. Told me to talk to a shipper. WHY??? They don't even want to investigate what happened. This is the worst delivery company imo

The most unpleasant experience. One has to pay for them to do less work by coming into the station and pick up the package themselves. They won't setup pickup over the phone, have to use online service, which doesn't effing work nor give options that are convenient for the customer and you have to pay for that. What has happened with this company ???

Ups lost my package and made me pay for their mistake. I spent hours on the phone trying to get a refund UPS refuses to make things right I am going to vandalize one of your vehicles to get even.

Terrible , they will hold delivery if you have more than one delivery in a week so they only have to make one trip . They held several critical shipments ( including meds) for 3 extra days . I reported them to pharmacy and amazon. I hope they stop shipping with them . Talked to manager on duty . They don't care and never called back to tell me if they found my package or not . They posted delivery exception of attempted delivery business closed when item was coming to residence and they decided not to deliver my critical item yesterday. . They were never here. I hope looming strike puts them out of business . POS service.

This company is a joke there are always issues they never correct them and it takes hours to speak to someone. There is never anything that can be done with packages that are lost or misplaced. They sit in your city for days and they will not let you pick them up to deliver them.

Always a problem with my packages when coming from this facility. If I could choose not get anything routed through there I wouldn't. UPS Next Day is JOKE! Package was out for delivery only to be returned back to the facility to be delivered on Monday

Had attended a interview for a job in which they claimed I never showed up. I talked to customer service and they gave me a number to speak to someone, except for the fact the number would immediately hang up. So, I tried submitting another application just to get an email that I was listed as a person who didn't qualify to be rehired even though it was their fault.

uPS messed up big time and is not even attempting to fix it. I would give negative stars is possible.Their online system would not allow me to change delivery, forcing me to call. I called and said I did not want a package delivered until next week. THEY entered it as hold for pickup.Their service reps are useless and say they cannot do anything as it is in the facility’s control now. I guess I supposed to get a telepathic message to them since they can’t provide a phone number.Worst shipping experiences ever.
