Noelle went above and beyond! My wife dropped off two Amazon returns that came in one package and she was supposed to have them scan two barcodes, but didn’t know that. Without both scanned, we were going to be out $50. I called and Noelle spent 15-20 mins over the phone locating the package and getting things squared away so we could get our money back. Great service and Noelle is an excellent human being. Thank you again!

Fantastic customer service- above and beyond! I was trying to have something sent here for me to pick up UPS corporate totally screwed the shipment up and was absolutely no help in fixing it. The folks at this store helped me resolve the issue, even calling me to let me know it had been taken care of!

I have to say how grateful I am for the help that I have received today!!! I have been in in such a crushed state because I need something to done so fast and I am so lost how it can be done and I am so worried what if I missed something that needs for them from me to go ahead and process what I need and there!!! I had a such a great help and such a great service that I have received have to say only few like this store where they treat customers valued!!! If you are reading this review sir!! Easy to get things done. Emailed attachments to store specific inbox, with my instructions for print, and all was completed in minutes after my arrival.
