Gave them my updated address and of course they put it in wrong and thank goodness I called and checked because I don’t understand how I wrote down my full address but you miss the apartment number which is kinda important if they mail any important document?!

The ATM is never ever working. But above and beyond this the manager and most tellers have a horrible attitude. I feel intimidated to walk to window when it's my turn for service. I must say there is one teller that is extremely courteous and respectful, who usually sits at far end from entrance. I must say, the manager seems to set the tone here at this branch. Horrible.Her attitude is the worst. They follow her lead.

Destiny Morton a customer service representative had a very poor attitude when dealing with my mom. Trying to deposit a check has never been worse and Destiny told my mother to go to a check cashing with her check when she is a US bank customer. I’ve never seen a bank tell there customer to go elsewhere. Nasty attitude, nasty demeanor at 10a.m

I visit 3 US banks depending on which part of the city I am in, this by far is the worst.I don't visit this one unless it is absolutely necessary, there has never been a time when I did not have a long wait. I wait longer in non peek hours here than I do during peek hours elsewhere.

Worst bank I’ve ever been to. Horrible customer service. I’m honestly surprised this branch hasn’t been shut down with how poorly it’s managed. The tellers all need to be fired.
