Terrible phone service. I’ve called every us bank in Cleveland and dealt with them no problems. This location very unprofessionalRetaining recommendedThat was my fault for going back to second time I thought maybe it was just a fluke but absolutely horrible. Checked twice.

Absolutely horrific branch. Slow tellers who are unprofessional and not trained well in customer service or efficiency. After a long wait in line, I witnessed them turn away customers wanting to open checking accounts and who had questions- telling them “you need an appointment” or “you have to call——.” This branch is useless and gives US bank a bad name.

This is the bank that I set up with my brother, who classifies is MRDD, so I can manage his finances. To walk into this building and have the workers treat you with smart responses and hostility isn't acceptable. Try another branch if you want some respect. Good location...bad customer service.

I went to open up a bank account and I was turned away and told to do it online. The bank was dead with no one else in there and the woman claimed she had a 3pm appointment to help someone else open an account. It doesn't take more than 20mins to open an account and the bank closes at 5pm. I could've waited, I could've came back later but the workers in the bank seem like they're lazy. We left this location around 3:15pm and waited in the parking lot for about 5 mins, so we left the actual property around 3:20pm and I never seen anyone else walk in the bank or pull in the parking lot for the bank teller's 3pm appointment. 3.8 stars rating on your reviews and you deserve it.

The Hours for US Bank are Horrible, they are not for working people. I don't get off work until 5 Mon-Fri and they are closed, then they Close All the In-store Branches that had later hours. Honestly going to look for another Bank.

The bank itself is GREAT, the tellers, GREAT, Mark the manager, GREAT, the lady at the door that wouldnt let us in the bank when its was below freezing out today march 19th is unnacceptable, there was only 2 customers in the bank and one guy in the foyer, she made me and 2 very elderly people stand out side, when time came i let them go ahead of me. Even as people LEFT the bank she wouldnt let us in until they called someone. If this ever happens again i will close my accounts there and will have my family colse theirs as well. FIX THIS.

I love the guess at the us bank on puritas ave. in Cleveland. They are AWESOME!!! Their Friendly, very Helpful loving people!!! Would go elsewhere. And Why?Why ?Why? The upper management decided to strip Marc from his position bests me. Upper management these days don't know when they have it good. They always take the good ones away from there positions of "Excellent "workers. You guys need to give Marc back his position.

closed my accts after having for several years. this negative review is not only for this branch but usbank as a whole. here's what happened I had a checking account for several years and added a savings acct over 2yrs ago. I was told that if I maintained a balance in either acct I would not be charged maintenance fees. I kept that balance in my savings but only a few hundred in my checking. yes I am partly responsible because I never checked my checking statements, only my savings. so I find out they have drained the checking acct taking $15 a month fees for over 2yrs. ( >$300) called customer service, asked for a manager, was told one would call me back, but never did. called back a week later, asked for manager, was flat out told I couldn't speak to one. went to this branch (where I opened accts) asked for acct rep/ manager, teller told me he could help me even though I told him I doubt it. he wouldn't reverse any fees and instructing me to go to Dave's Usbank branch because that is where I opened my accounts. i had opened the accounts at this branch not Dave's in fact never had been there and did not feel like arguing any further. I closed my accounts and will happily take my business elsewhere.

I needed cash. I came down to the States with a whopping three one-dollar bills! I drove to this U.S. Bank, which was less than five minutes away from the hotel that I had stayed at. This bank has a limited number of parking spaces. On a Saturday morning, it was pretty quiet, so parking was not an issue. The ATM is outside the branch. My review is based on this experience. I never stepped foot in the branch. The ATM is clean. There is a garbage bin to the right of the ATM, which was highly convenient if you get your statement balance printed out and don't know what to do with it. I have a Tangerine bank card. In the past, you could use any U.S. Bank ATM and the transaction was free. Unfortunately, it's no longer the case. I took out money and had a $2 CAD fee slapped on. It's not bad, but free is always better. I had a good experience here, probably because it was quiet and I didn't have to deal with people on a Saturday morning. (389)
