USPS is the worst!!!!! I’ve had packages stolen (by drivers I believe) This one in particular doesn’t have a customer service counter….just someone that will come to you after ringing a doorbell. On top of that it’s not heated. And when you enter the parking lot there are no clear instructions for where to go or park because it’s a docking area as well. I had to ask a delivery driver what to do. If she wasn’t there, I wouldn’t have known where to go. I wish the standards were better!

I expected a delivery one month ago that did not require signature. The package was not delivered because there was no one to receive it. After multiple attempts to contact the postal office and 3 different service requests (they closed the request as "solved"), they do not know where is my package and assume that it was sent back to the sender. No reasonable explanation...

I used the mailbox just outside of the Woodland Ave building for safety. Dropped a local letter. 4 week later and the letter I mailed has yet to be delivered. Where in the hell is it. USPS absolutely is the worst.?

Since February 5th I have not been receiving my packages from Amazon they also have a new carrier and I was told I have to wait if they have time by one person and one person said watchout for them they come at different time really now nothing has been done to resolve this issue and it seems like it's a joke they have nasty employees and some seem nice but all and they need to really train these employees I have a gentleman from FedEx that comes from time to time nice as dependable he could teach you a few things if you can't deliver packages let Amazon know instead of keep stuff and lieing about it

Supervisor Janice M Smiler left a very passive aggressive voicemail after I raised concern over a carrier opening my mail with personal information. I uploaded it to YouTube because it was just too funny. Still don't care for her though.

damien is super helpful when i call but my mail carriers are useless. one week they dump every piece of mail in a box on the ground in the mail room, the next they don’t deliver any mail at all. i’m missing two paychecks and no one has any answers. i’ve had to forward my mail almost an hour away to a friends house just to get my mail.

9/10 workers there are lazy and rude. Been staying at a hotel downtown and ordered some stuff. Courier didn’t check with desk to sign for a package and I had to pay $30 for an Uber to pick it up the next day. Today I have a package I’ve been waiting 2 months for. Been stuck “processing” for a month and finally showed up today. And just got a “vacant” notice and was told the package is being sent back to the sender. When I’ve been getting packages for the last like 2 months. Constantly having to call and sort things out. Luckily most of my good encounters have been with staff over the phone but for the most part everyone working there is rude and acts like any help needed is a major inconvenience

Called to check if my package has been redelivered and the woman working there hung up on me right away after being on hold for 15 minutes. Where is the customer service? I would like to know where my item is. Very unprofessional.

The staff was professional, courteous and very helpful. Quick wait time and stays open an hour longer on Saturdays than other local USPS.
