Bring back the USPS of the 60s and 70s... they had some brains. 10 days and I still do not have 2 small envelopes. It seems one has been joyriding: from Illinois, to Nebraska, to Indianapolis, to Cinci, to Cleveland, to Akron and then Evansville freaking Indiana. Someone needs to be fired. I think it was all good until Cleveland got their hands on it.

Truck drivers, if you will deal with this location, put your nerves in a fridge, don't expect employees here to be nice and show minimum of kindness and smile, the are hateful and shake their heads for no reason, actually this is the case in all USPS distribution centers. We need a brave USPS executive manager to say basta to those people, if you dibt want to show a minimum of good customer service, stay home, or do your own business and treat people as bad as you want, and than no nody will care, but you treat the people bad in government location does not look good.We need diversity in the USPS locations, i wish i can see people from all kind here, this way they compete on giving customers good service.

Oh my God this is ridiculous can I please just talk to a person with a pulse. 30 mins of automated voice that surprisingly speak English but doesn't understand it. Then it says it will be 5 mins to wait and by the time you get put on hold its 13mins. All I want is to pick my packages up there so they don't send them out. I wish I could give negative stars.

I have 2 packages now that have not moved an inch from this location. Other items I’ve dropped at the same time have been delivered already. Is there a theft problem here? I have to stop back in to find out where my packages are and I will no longer drop items off at this location. I have been selling online for over 20 years now and this is the only time I’ve had this issue with the post office.

I am very distraught and disappointed. I ordered my package on November 2nd, it’s now November 12th. After my package was out of UPS custody, on November the 9th. And dropped off at this USPS DISTRIBUTION CENTER, it has sat there. For the last 3 days. I’ve been contacting and on every postal website from my shipping company to here. I get a notification saying my delivery will get to me within 24 hours. At 6:54am, November 12th. It’s been able to be delivered, day of. And eta is 6:45 pm. That’s 11 hours. Update: out for delivery. Just to get an update saying that the package couldn’t be dropped off today. What is the issue? Throughout a WHOLE WORK DAY. No snow, 52 degrees. I can’t stand this. It’s ludicrous and beyond me how this could happen! I’m threatened to call for postal investigation because this is ridiculous.

First time here today, never again. Spent less than 30 seconds and literally encountered the rudest worker (red head) I’ve ever met. No reason for her to be acting the way she did when I simply wanted to drop off two packages and have them scanned into the system. She must be a pretty miserable and unhappy person to live that way every day of her life. Heard her continue to discuss me as I walked out.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Waited 20 minutes to speak to Michelle who had a terrible attitude and tone. Nor was she any help in my inquiry. No wonder Amazon is monopolizing the market.

Absolutely horrific customer service. Nearly reduced to tears - felt like a complete nuisance trying to mail packages for work. The clerk begrudgingly told me where I might be able to get assistance (she was wrong) with an attitude that honestly hurt my soul as I did my best to remain calm and polite. I have never been inspired to leave a poor review, but this was a special kind of awful. Shout out to the two kind patrons in the parking lot who witnessed the struggle and provided helpful resources.

The usps needs to close this branch down ASAP. I live in this carrying route and I regularly go weeks without mail delivery without explanation. No one answers the phone. Just close this branch down already PLEASE!

Every time I come into the Orange Avenue post office in Cleveland, which is rare, it seems as though I'm annoying the employees just by being there or that it's physically painful for them to wait on you. Is this the same in every major city?

My package never arrived and was late. Was shipped from Ohio to Virginia and said it would arrive in a couple of days. It never showed up.

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. I had a box of baby chicks sent from Polk, Ohio that arrived at Cleveland, Ohio for further transportation. Instead of shipping to Norfolk, Virginia, the babies were missent to Portland, Oregon. After numerous calls with USPS and Customer Support, the package was finally rerouted to Norfolk, Virginia...four days later. All but one of the babies were dead on arrival, with one dying a few hours later. These workers do not care. Especially when animals are involved. You would think a giant neon sign stating, "live animals" on the package would warrant a second check to its destination, but apparently not. Imagine being so excited to see your new companions for the first time, but instead seeing most are dead, with one clinging to life. Shame on you, USPS!
