Clerk 50 who’s a black woman that looks like she’s in her early 50 is terrible person. She has the worst customer service I ever ran into and have anger issues. She literally got mad because I ask her to scan my drop off orders. She expressed I should had communicated that earlier , yet I said I was there for a drop off right when I she spoke to me. (Mind you this was in a span of less than a minute , meaning “earlier” was 20 seconds ago Lmaoo.) She was in a rush and didn’t even ask if it was a receipt drop off or a normal drop off , so she was in the wrong. Long story short she basically got mad because I asked her to scan them for a receipt, that’s literally all lmaoooo. She wasn’t even on the sassy attitude type- she up to 100 , straight up being loud and talking to me like a 2 year old. Then when I called her out for her attitude she said that it was her speaking voice. She also started aggressively handling my packages by tossing them over as she scanned them. Super childish woman that hates her life. She also backtracked about saying she didn’t have an attitude by complaining that she works at the post office - so I guess it somehow justified her behavior? So stupid

Very Rude unprofessional bad attitude especially the person who answers the phone you deal with people have some decorum about yourself. Then threatened to stop my package. Because I said she was being rude for talk nasty to me and cutting me off.

Had a piece of First Class Certified be delayed 3 weeks. Multiple agents were rude and unhelpful in my wild goose chase to track my mail down despite me taking all the correct steps to get it resolved.When trying to resolve an issue make sure you are vigilant and keep pushing to get your answer because they will say anything to have you leave them alone.

I was able to send off my letter. My low rating comes from the cashier / clerk. Liv (or Liz??) needs to watch her tone with people. I know everyone has their moments or off days while working, so it is what it is. Just be mindful with the public.

you pay 5.99-12.99 for shipping just for them to be to lazy to even come knock on your door whether or not u have a time limit u are supposed to be DELIVERING my package going to the mailbox and saying it doesn’t fit is unacceptable this is the laziest usps ever ive waisted hundreds on shipping just to have to pick my items up

The post office here has been around since before my time and then some. Only way of knowing this is because of a stunt man who has been delivering the mail 34-35 years now. Passing biscuits to the neighborhood dogs and staying polished ! He says " no new stunts for me". The best in his line of service from my opinion. Check him out!

Normal, good, all is well USPS okay. Slightly understaffed leading to longer wait times however for the most part friendly and knowledgeable and tried to get the job done

I just had an encounter with a Mr Hodges who is a carrier. He was very rude and nasty. He was on a phone call while filling the mailboxes but he and the person he was talking to were very loud. When the Mgmt staff asked him to turn it down he said I can just leave this here and you can do it yourself.

Made an appointment for my passport to a week in advance to come to the appointment and find out they don't have a clerk and I should've gotten a call once I made an appointment...I received no call, no voice-mail, no text nor email...now I have to make a new appointment at a new location delaying the process
