Went to ask how much it cost to mail a small package only a few ounces in weight. The one time when there was someone there, the woman said that they don’t do that here. What the hell do you do? You don’t ship packages, you don’t weigh them, or are even staffed. Like what’s the point?

Calm, welcoming environment with many students. Sometimes you have to wait about 5 minutes for someone to come assist you, but the transaction is quick.

Very slow service the ups attendant was unprofessional and slow moving even when it was like five people in line. It's mainly one older lady there and she moves slow and doesn't greet her customers properly, she acts like she doesn't want to be there just saying. After I close my services there I am moving to a different ups location due to the bad service.

Absolute worst service I've ever had. Lady took her sweet time to get up and waddle over to weight my package then told me we can't take this. Don't EVER come to this location expecting anything better than the worst.

Go to a real post office instead. I’ve been to this place 3 times. I had horrible experiences. Like other reviews mentioned, the person who works at the place is rarely there. When the person finally showed up, she said they don’t accept items over 3 pounds. I went there this week, an old lady was there. She got a very bad attitude. Stop hiring incompetent people!

Like other reviews, I want to emphasize how much the lady who works here... is NEVER here. Her lunch break is around 1-2 so I made sure to come before that, but I came around noon and a staff worker told me she wasn't coming until 2. It's very frustrating. Her schedule is basically non-existent and is just whenever she wants to come in.
