Have not received mail in over 8 days. Community mail box is broken. Richmond Heights Post Office has no idea when we will receive mail. This is unacceptable.

Stood in line only one person at the window then was told they are not accepting credit cards and their system is down and can only accept cash only. There should be a sign posted on the door to state this before we waste time standing in line.

Horrible experience period Don t want to take responsibility but taken my $$ & say basically ohh well clearly i paid for priority freaking mail wasnt delivered lost sum dang place all my identification in the documents sent & was told to get refunded as i should well Ms Sherry seems to think diffrent i will call her superiors that is insane proof of purchase she just goes about her day staff rude as hxx. They met the right one filing a complaint on them & yelp for reviews & postal inspectors to clear up this Lie i will be calling again today !!! Richmond Hgts count your Days!!!!

Bad customer service. They will make you buy tape to put the label on the package.Don’t understand why even hire people when you can’t help customer.

The staff work at their own pace. Instead of being ready to open at 8:30, they are just setting up. They take their good old time and do not care if there is a line. I think there's an arrogance because of what they believe is job security. They do not realize that with enough complaints, that could change quickly!!!

Awful, likely racist, reviews — one calling it “ghetto”… completely unacceptable. This place is great, with great people! I wish I could provide the man’s name who helped me, but it’s not on my receipt. “Clerk #25,” if that helps. Don’t blame this specific store for the overall shortcomings of the government / USPS!

If I could give negative stars I would! This station above and beyond ghetto! I am a postal worker so I know what the standards are for the staff and this station is well below average! The clerks weren't in uniform, both clerk the young man and female both had airpods in as if they were on the phone or listening to music and the supervisor was very rude and unprofessional.

Woman at the front desk around 5pm on 1/13/22 was so kind and helpful while trying to send out work related documents. Every time I’ve been here so far has been a good experience.

Very rude & unprofessional. A package I sent was returned to me due to needing more postage, I had already paid 7-8 $, and they say I need to pay 12 more dollars. So I ask the clerk what's the cheapest route without having to pay 12-13 more dollars, she says there is no cheaper way. NOT TRUE, she didn't even attempt to help. THE clerk leaves & brings the supervisor, who was nice and tried to resolve the situation. Then an older clerk starts loudly & rudely chiming in....seriously!!!!, I just paid it to get the He'll out of there. Never again will I go to this post office.

The staff is ALWAYS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, AND I STOPPED GOING THERE A WHILE AGO, BUT HAD TO STOP THERE, AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED WITH THE ATTITUDES JUST DIFFERENT CLERK....
