I think this post office needs to make sure these people that work. The counter at least went through elementary school because I was there January 17th and clerk 79 told me she knew more about how it works than the postmaster and she could not figure out how she could put the label on an envelope. Should be simple but I guess that's what you get when it's run by the government. I would give it zero stars if I could never got a phone call back about a complaint or anything. Do not use this place

Always rude and lazy, USPS is the worst, wish they would just let ups or fedex take over.

Absolutely terrible service and they get mad when you ask them why they aren't performing their job and make it seem like you're accosting them in some way, I asked why I wasn't receiving my mail and I was told "well the carrier didn't have the key" I asked "isn't it the carriers job to have the key to deliver the mail"? That's when this woman is went off and I hung up the phone, this is a job you should be grateful for. These people are belligerent and rude just like a spoiled child.

The worst post office of all. Every time I order something I watch the tracking from state to state and as soon as it gets to Cleveland, all updates stop and my packages get lost... Every time !!! The workers at this branch are beyond incompetent. The substitute mail carrier constantly leaves the mail box wide open when it rains and my mail gets soaked. He even ripped my mailbox off the side of my house. Let me catch him damaging my property one more time. What a bunch of lazy inconsiderate idiots.

Very bad service at this location. No employees working well, always closed the door and nobody response to the people.Everyday the door closing for more than 20 minutes afternoon ... I don't know why....?They're closing before 5.00 pm..I was there today at 4.25 pm and the door was closed......!!!!!!!!this is illegal..Because the government paying for them to serve the people....Some people I saw them came there and they went back to their home..They were very upset.Some people they don't have time to driving in around to see which location is opened and working...I'm asking.....WHERE IS THE MANAGER.....?WHERE IS THE SUPERVISION TO SEE WHAT'S GOING ON AT THIS OFFICE....?I'M ASKING THE GOVERNMENT BECAUSE THEY'RE RESPONSIBLE ON THIS DEPARTMENT..THEY SHOULD TO FIRED ALL EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION.

They never want to answer the phone phone . And most times they will answer and hang up on you . Then I called and asked if a main carrier can bring a change of address and the rude lady gonna tell me no that is is online only but when I call a different post office they said yes the carrier can bring a paper on that the lady was lying smh yall work the city yall need to shape up

While I normally have very few positive things to say about any post office, there is rarely ever a line at this one, and the one clerk is always very friendly. Hope she gets some backup help soon! No automated machine to mail your packages, but you're usually in and out in just a few minutes.

Abby is the worst mail person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. For over a year she has misplaced mail and just refuses to deliver it. I have contacted the office on multiple occasions and filed several reports and nothing has changed. Worst post office ever.

Just add the phone number of the location not customer service. I’m trying to talk to a person at the office I have packages at. Not talk to a robot for 15 mins that won’t give me an option for any of the things you need.

I read the other reviews before this post. They seem accurate.I paid 17.00 for package intercept in cleveland 44111. the intercept was noted via tracking march 10. it sat at the post office for 8 days and instead of delivering BACK TO ME, RETURNING TO ME, they went ahead and delivered to my online buyer who is a total stranger [and who has not yet contacted me back]. I WAS still CHARGED THE 17.00 which the website says is charged only when intercepted. EXCEPT YOU DIDN'T. Let's consider the definition of intercept, shall we? it means to return the package to the sender. Elvis sang about it!! REturn to SEnder!! WE all know how it should work, right? and if you take 17.00 from someone's bank account and do not provide the service, you are breaking the law. I wonder if I can get anyone to pick up the phone at 8am tomorrow at the customer service site. Even my bank got all bent out of shape....oooooh!....I have to call, can't dispute it online.....omg!!!...cloak and dagger stuff right? Give me a break!! Anyway Cleveland you are really living up to your reputation.

The worst and to be honest the lady at the desk does not change her arrogant attitude no matter if you go in the morning or in the afternoon her attitude is always the same. I haven't received my mail in weeks, I went yesterday and today the same lady just ask me why I was doing there again if I have gone yesterday with all the bad attitude and arrogance. I receive a message by email daily with the correspondence of the day and my correspondence has not arrived at my house in weeks still showing her the proofs of what I am supposed to receive and she said that she cannot help me. I understand that is not her fault but she should have more empathy and be less arrogant if she is going to work with the public. I can go and ask as many times as necessary for my correspondence because it is a service to which I am entitled.

Very knowledgeable and efficient staff. Everytine ive gone, there's instant service and not much if any other people in there so it's fast too. Have helped me figure out passport renewal and sending packages overseas.
