My review is not specific to this store but the practice of rotating staff. I met one staff member at store #1 and when I went to see him, he was at this store (store #2), and salesman #2 was at store #1. Then I came to store #2 and met salesman #2 at store #2. I got a new phone and when I came back to store #2 to find the SD card I left, salesman #3 had no idea where it was even though I had called the store to have it put aside. Why does management move them around? It's bad for business.

Today, November 22, around 5:45 PM, I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location. As soon as I walked in, the employee’s lack of basic customer service was obvious. There was no greeting, no “hello,” no “welcome in.” Yes, I admit I parked incorrectly, which was my mistake, but the way this employee handled it was completely unprofessional and insulting. A simple, polite, “Hello, welcome in! Just a heads up, your car isn’t parked correctly—please move it,” would have been all it took.
I went out and corrected my parking, but when I came back in and mentioned to the salesman how poorly he had handled the situation and encouraged him that it would have been pleasant to hear a “welcome to verizon” or good evening but sorry you are parked incorrectly yet, his response was downright rude: “No, I don’t do that.” When I asked for his name, he refused to give it and even threatened to escort me out of the store.
As a loyal customer and a business owner myself, I genuinely feel sorry for this location. If other customers are treated the way I was, it’s no wonder this place is struggling.
If a member of my staff treated a customer in the manner that I experienced they would have their walking papers.
I left and went to another location (Mayfield Road, South Euclid) and experienced excellent customer service from Chris and Mike. I will never return to this location again—even though it’s only five minutes from my home.

Terrance V was the most unhelpful representative I have ever dealt with. I had to go to another store to actually get help and with Terrance's lack of information or help I didnt even have the neccesary information to give the other store. Dont go here. They are not a corporate store so they cant accomplish anything and will still charge you a ridicoulous fee. Go to Mayfield. Only helpful location around.

The big guy I don’t know his name but he was the worse salesman I ever seen here in Cleveland whoever is the owner please speak with that man he’s a ticking time bomb. Please pull video footage from store today it will help validate my allegations.

Had a problem getting a phone activated. Verizon's website was totally useless. Walked into this shop, and got good service. JA ? was very helpful, and got me up and running, in spite of Verizon's customer "service" rep on the phone.

I had an appointment, but there was a "be back in 45 minutes" sign on the door. All good, people need breaks, I decided to wait. Two minutes later, dude comes to my car and asks why I'm there like I'm loitering, told me to keep waiting for another 45 minutes. Laughed when I said I hope the other one Verizon location will accept my appointment. Crazy disrespectful.

Terrence was VERY knowledgeable about all aspects of getting a new phone as well as the plans in place. Really helped out my mom who can be very technologically impaired. Gave us great service throughout and took time with us. 5/5 would come back
